the staff was nice and accomadating...I had to swich rooms because the beds inthe double room were actually double, not queen beds and my boyfriend takes... up the whole bed, so we usually get two. But a double bed is much too short for him. They switched my room with no problem. But the cleanliness of the second room was questionable, the remote, desk , hotel book and nightstands were sticky. By the time we noticed that it was everywhere, we were both undressed and too tired to switch again. I wiped it down myself and went to bed. by lisa from los angeles, ca on 06/07/13

it is very convenient the location near LAX, the room was comfortable, the customer service is very nice, and it conveniently has a deli store within the hotel, along with a couple of restaurants, it makes it convenient not having to go outside of the hotel the nite before a flight out of LAX. I had asked for a roll away bed for the night. When I checked in I was told that the rooms with two queen beds could not have a roll away.. As there were three of us traveling, one lady slept in a chair all night. I was not happy about this.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were exceptional. It was so convenient to LAX which is what we were looking for however it was a bit noisy because of the proximity to the airport so just be aware of that.

Everything about this hotel is ideal for a quick overnight stay near the airport. My only complaint is that the parking is outrageous. $28 for one night seems excessive and I would rather have it built into the price of the hotel room than have it as an extra charge.

Convenient place to stay when catching an early morning or late night flight, as we did for a trip to Hawaii. Spent the night before flying out, left our car parked at the hotel for a very reasonable rate (get your AAA discount), spent a night upon returning at midnight. Reasonable rate & good quality.

This hotel is not far from LAX and we stayed after flying in from interstate. Staff were helpful after our bags were delayed. A little dissapointed in the bedding size for a standard room (a couple of double beds) after we had been used to queen size beds in the other 3.5 / 4 star hotels we stayed at in the US. My first time at this location, it was PERFECT! Right around the corner from my rental car return, great amenities, fabulous sushi (Goji was is masterful!), very pleasant ambiance, easy check-in and out, the free shuttle to airport is so helpful! I will definitely be back!

I ended up sliding my card multiple times to get a bootle of water if that different buttons will bring me one. There was not. Credit cart company thought that was suspicious, and I could not access my account until I call them. I could not do anything […] while I was on the air plain. Overseas trips take more than 30 hours. Room was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Close to In and Out Burger, which is a must stop for me when in Los Angeles. We were taking Amtrak out the next morning so the free shuttle was a necessary part of our trip. Staff, quality, rates, and the hotel itself are perfect for those who need to be close to the convenience of LAX/.
