the mattresses on the bed in my room was terrible,did not sleep very well .

the dye on the comforters came off on our clothing. when we told the acting manager he gave us a measly $20 refund for the clothes. didnt offer to lean them & never gave us new blankets. some lights didnt work. it was a non smoking room but had ciggarette holes in blankets & lamp shade! check in & check out time is ridiculous if u stay 1 night u cant even stay 24 hrs! would never go to a quality inn again

The hotel is in a old building that needs a lot of work. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The shower curtain was ripped. The wireless internet worked, but at the slowest possible speed and barely held the connection.

I checked in the hotel at 7pm and left by midnight because it was so disgusting. The beds were old and smelled musty. Everything was at least 20 years old in the hotel. The curtains were dirty. DO NOT stay.

Pool area is not kept up and plants are overgrown, wooden deck is falling apart. Not much maintenance going on there. Breakfast was ok.

My only problem with the hotel was that they could not find my reservations right away. I arrived at 12:30 am and the hotel could not find my reservations. I was first told I would have to find another hotel to stay. Once they found them, everything was excellent.

This hotel was a great value for the money considering the time of year it was. The location was a great location for everything we needed in town and in the surrounding area.

This is a fine place to stay, excellent service and nice people. Continental Breakfast was nice. The hotel itself is just older and needs updated. That is all. Go Nittany Lions!!

We found the room to be the smallest one that we ever stayed in. The carpet was very dirty. Also we were dissapointed with the Continental breakfast

1. Access and egress to second floor has a choke point stairway that only allows traffic one way. This could result in a pile up of victims during an emergency. 2. The faucet in the bathtub is loose in the wall and raises the issue of what else is being overlooked.

The hotel roon was flithy. Needed dusting and vacuuming. Bathroom floor had hairpins left and a piece of dental floss. Lighting was horrible at night time. There was a mouse eating our food on our first floor room and we had to be moved to the second floor. The person in the first floor room is disabled so that made it very difficult. The hotel has no elevator for handicapped and the stairwells are flithy. Hotels.com should not recommend this facility to any of their customers.

Hotel seems to have several house keeping issues. There was mold growing in the bathroom on the tub seeling and floor. The room itself appeared as if it was being re modled by a poor grade contracter. Peeling walpaper, no baseboards, improperly installed handicap hold rail in bathtub. I was not impressed at all.
