3 nights in Rotterdam to attend the North Sea Jazz Festival. Rooms are very small, but very clean. Staff at the hotel is fine, but knew almost nothing about the immediate surrounding area (i.e. bars, restaurants). Breakfast included in room rate as good or better than most European hotels. WIFI IS NOT FREE - 1 hour free per day, then 7 EURO per 24 hours […] use after that - unfortunately, I needed to keep up with work daily and had no choice but to pay it despite being advertised on Expedia as no charge. The mattress was in horrible condition lumpy and sagging. Nothing matched in the room, the bedspread was yellow and blue print, the drapes were a black print and the chair was mauve. All were in terrible condition and should have been replaced long ago. The wooden floor was dirty but the bathroom was clean. The lobby was being renovated and the floor […] was torn up and the walls were being painted and we got paint on our clothes. There was no logic to the renovation like finishing one side then move on to the opposite side, just tear up everything and have everything half finished. We travel to Europe every year and are very flexible travelers but this has to be the worst hotel we have stayed in. The location is great and this could be a wonderful hotel, what a shame. Great rooms especially the ones with the Erasmus Bridge view. From there you can perfectly see the NYE Fireworks. Rooms are pretty standard but have everything you need and a gorgeous flat screen TV. The included breakfast is very good and there is a variety of food to choose from. Overall very happy with service and room quality! The hotel is located […] next to Erasmus Bridge and is 5 minutes walk from Witte the Withstraat bars and restaurants and 15/20 minutes walk from the "Centrum" Shopping Area and the Central Station. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you like living in a shoe box then this is your place. The rooms are tiny. You couldn't swing a kitten in here!! The check in was robotic. Your just a number in the Tulip Inn corporation. They will charge you for everything. €37 for a week of slow intermittent internet service for a hotel which is supposed to cater to business clientele […] is unacceptable. Oh and I really enjoyed having a shower without soap as the room service could not even be bothered to fill it. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. This is up there with the worst ever!! The reception staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was adequate, but could have contained more hot choices of English Food. I have stayed at this hotel and the adjacent "Maritime Hotel" in the past too. The one complaint I had about the Maritime Hotel was that the rooms were very hot, and claustrophobic, and if you didnt pay the extra for a […] "river view" room, your room would overlook an small inner compound full of ugly air conditioning pipes and machinery. So....imagine my dismay when I found the same thing when staying at the Tulip Inn !! It appears both buildings are built round this ugly compound !!. The hotel lived up to all of the details posted on the web page. My room, although small, had all the amenities I needed for a short stay. For an extra 10 euros per night I could have upgraded to a larger room with views of the Maas river and Erasmus bridge. The bar, restaurant and breakfast rooms were all well appointed, and the food was good value […] for money. The centre of the city was within a fifteen minute walk, giving access to a large range of bistros, cafes and bars. There are also a number of museums within a short distance from the hotel. Hadden ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht op rivier en Erasmusbrug. Ligging is uitstekend, loopafstand naar centrum en Euromast. Samen met een vriendin hier een nacht verbleven voor een gezellig weekendje weg. De ligging was zeer gunstig, op loopafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was prima voor een nachtje. We hadden om een tweepersoonsbed gevraagd in de reservering en ook nog los vermeld. Ondanks het feit dat het hotel allesbehalve vol was of drukbezet, kregen we toch twee eenpersoonsbedden. De kamer was verder vrij klein en we hadden uitzicht op een ventilatiebuis van het gebouw ernaast. De mensen van de receptie waren overigens zeer vriendelijk.

Met Oud & Nieuw in dit hotel verbleven. Prima kamer, niet te groot maar wel heel netjes. Diner gegeten in het hotel, was erg goed. Hotel ligt aan de voet van de Erasmusbrug en op circa 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum.

Net hotel met prettige ligging vlakbij Erasmusbrug. Schone en nette kamer, maar wel klein. Hele kleine badkamer (toilet recht tegenover wastafel) zonder bad. Matige internetvoorziening, alleen het eerste uur gratis.

Vær obs på å bestille rom med utsikt, ellers kommer du kanskje i et trangt rom med utsikt på branntrappen. Å melde dine ønsker i bestillingen er ikke tilstrekkelig. Ingenting hadde blitt formidlet til hotellet, dermed ble alt annerledes enn jeg hadde forventet (bl.a. dobbeltseng istedenfor 2 enkeltsenger) . Betjeningen på hotellet var imidlertid veldig […] servicerettet og prøvde å imøtekomme alle mine ønsker. Positiv var renheten, bra frokost, fin beliggenhet, fint utsikt (ved rom på riktig side). l'hotel di per se non è male, vicino a molte attrazioni, raggiungibili facilmente con i mezzi pubblici con fermate non distanti dall'hotel: metro a 300 metri, tram 10 metri, fermata dei battelli a 100 metri. La grande pecca dell'albergo sono le stanze, veramente microscopiche, non c'è neppure la possibilità di muoversi, se non sfruttando il letto, che […] praticamente occupa l'intera stanza, anche il bagno è mignon, e per fare una doccia bisogna essere un po' contorsionisti; altro lato non proprio positivo è la possibilità di collegamento ad internet, la wifi è libera solo per la prima ora, poi costa 6,95 euro al minuto, anche se c'è la possibilità di collegarsi attraverso un computer free dell'hotel, che però è quasi sempre occupato.
