My experience was awful. The hotel states it's a non smoking hotel but when you go up stairs to the rooms there was a strong smell of smoke and funk. Then when I get into my room there was a funky smell. The shower water only had one temp which was BURNING HOT. When I asked to switch rooms I was denied because I was in the room more than a hour. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet...could have been hotter, but an excellent variety of food. Will not book a room that borders the inner courtyard again...neighbors "visitors" stayed too late and were too loud...at times banging on my door instead of his. Not a vacation destination for sure, but if your boss is cheap, it'll do. Clean and a fairly good location for nearby eating establishments. Fairly unimpressive breakfast, but if you're brave, they do offer full breakfast with hot food. You have to watch the dishes to make sure they are clean.

I rented 2 rooms so that my family could spend the New Year eve to New Year together. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. About 2 hours into our stay the toilet in one of the rooms wouldn't flush and the hotel staff asked if we wanted to change rooms but we kept the room because the rooms were next to each other and the new […] room would have been at the other end of the hotel. On New Years morning we all went to the restaurant on premesis and had a breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast and potatoes. Food was hot and service was good. The neighborhood is fine with fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants and a Walmart/Sams close by. In closing, I would say that the stay was a very good one and all enjoyed there time there. Our first stay we found that the heat did not work. The staff quickly moved us to a new room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and called us to make sure new room was satisfactory. this hotel is in need of renovation! won't stay there again. while we were there on two occasions for 4-5 night stays, we needed a new heater in our room and sinks and showers were clogged. the breakfast that comes with your stay is really awful. they should eliminate it and just serve coffee, juice and rolls!

this place needs a serious makeover. it's a converted motel, and it shows it's age. bathtub had no more enamel on the tub. carpets are filthy. heaters are very necessary, as it's drafty, but they are incredibly noisy. but worst of all for the business traveler, the wi-fi does not function half the time, literally. avoid.

The lobby was beautiful and very deceiving. The guest room hallways were run down and dingy. The first room we were given smelled of smoke, despite being a "non smoking" room. The phone was broken, beds were sagging and everything was worn out. The second room was a little nicer, tho still in need of being updated, especially the bathroom.
