It was a nice room ,but the window had a crack in it . Other than that i would stay in it again .

overall it was a good stay . . . upon check-in we were informed the pool was closed for remodeling, one of the key reasons we chose it. considering the price we paid we sucked it up and stayed anyway.

Our room was very nice, it overlooked the pool and it had HBO and a microwave. The bathroom was very nice with good water pressure. The air conditioning worked great. However, the pool was under construction, the staff was not very friendly at all and most of them didn't speak good English. They didn't even know about anything going on in the community, resteraunts, etc. It had a nice mexican resteraunt with a bar that closed too early. Overall, it was just OK. Nothing spectacular but a nice hotel room, that's about it.

IF YOU GET THE AIRCONDITION WORKING. KEEP THE SUPPLIES YOU NEED FOR THE ROOM THERE. AND IF YOU HAVE IN THE ROOMS WHAT YOU SAY YOU DO. WE HAD NO MICROWAVE NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM FOR THE COFFEE MAKER AND WE HAD NO REFRIGATOR. WE HAD TO GO AND GET ALL OF OUR SUPPLIES OF TOWELS WE NEEDED. COULD NO GET ANSWER FROM OUR FRONT DESK. THE HALLWAY WAS JUST HOT AS THE ROOMS. SO IF YOU JUST GONNA BE THERE FOR A FEW HOURS IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. I HOPE WHEN THEY GEWT THRU REMODELING THE HOTEL THE PLACE AND SERVICE WILL BE BETTER. THANK YOU

Hotel was under remodeling but no noise was heard from that so no problem. Had to go to desk to ask for a few needed items and they helped us out. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, but it wasn't an inconvenience. The staff was very helpful and the room comfortable and clean.

I reserved a no smoking room only to find that while they are all marked no smoking they all have ash trays and management does not enforce no smoking. My room smelled terrible. There were no pillows on the bed and it was only partially made albeit with clean sheets. Bathroom was marginal at best a checking but overnight sewage backed up into the tub and bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor making it unusable in the morning. Management was missing at front desk t report problems and check-out. Left word with another hotel employee. All in all the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years!
