Although we stayed and it rained a lot, it was a great hotel. Bar staff was very friendly and relaxed. Breakfast dining was a little expensive, not free. Lunch and dinner were very good. Property was originally another hotel chain but Hilton has added its brand by providing great customer service, the breakfast buffet is worth the extra price and the pool and beach were on point. There is a daily parking fee and you can see where Hilton needs to improve the property, but a great stay for the price. I will be back.

We did a girls get-a-way here and were very pleased! The beach is beautiful and the pool is very nice also when we wanted to be close to the cabana for beverages. We had a great view of the ocean overlooking the pool. There is towel service for pool/beach, so no need to pack your beach towels. Had a wonderful time. Beach was clean, water was clear. Breakfast Buffet was not overpriced. Went to dinner to nearby restaurant Two Drunken Goats and enjoyed our food and atmosphere. Will definitely return in the near future.

Great deal for the price. Nice beach. Nice outdoor bar. The room was very comfortable. On the beach but very easy access to I-95. Minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The beds and pillows were very poor... I did not sleep the 3 nights I spent there. The cab and car fees were very very high and there is nothing in walking distance to the hotel like I was told. You can not stay there without a car.

I am wheelchair bound and booked a room that was to be wheelchair accessable. What I recieved was a standard room that had been retrofitted to become accessable. The major shortcomings were: 1. the bathroom door was hinged on the wrong side, requiring a small minuet to enter or exit, 2. the space between the bed and the dresser was barely enough to […] get through, 3. The coffee machine on top of the dresser was almost unusable because the top of the dresser was too high, 4. The closet had to accessed at an angle because there was not enough room between the wall and the open doors to get a wheelchair through. Overall I can't recommend this hotel to people who use wheelchairs. Read more

We found the Hilton Singer Island to be an enjoyable experience! The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. We were immediately greeted by a bellman and check in was quick. Our room was lovely and we especially enjoyed our balcony with a cute little sitting area. The pool was small but very nice and clean. This Hilton has a great spot on the ocean on Singer Island. This is pretty far from I-95 or Downtown West Palm Beach (was not ideal for my business traveling purposes), but not far from PGA Blvd with other places. The walls are paper thin. After flying in from 6,000 miles away I wanted to sleep and could not... People were in and out of their rooms […] all day and the cleaning crew were outside my door talking for what seemed like the entirety of the morning/afternoon. I found it quite absurd parking was an additional expense. There is no parking anywhere within a 2 mile radius - why would they charge hotel guests to park there? That should be factored into the cost of the hotel. Outrageous. Besides that, they do not even give you a parking pass - so how do they even determine who paid for parking and who did not? Lastly, I suggest people pay the up-charge for an ocean view. The island view is a parking lot. Read more

Location of the hotel was great. Great access to the beach - pool area small but very nice. Direct sun in morning but shadowed later in day for a large portion of the pool. Breakfast buffet wonderful; although very pricey for adults. The room not as large as it appears in the pictures. No refrigerator in room-rather have the mini frig than the self […] serve cabinet. This property is the perfect small resort, great for couples or families. Set on a perfect, picturesque beach on the uncrowded barrier island north of Palm Beach, the hotel has a beautiful lobby with ample gathering spaces, and a wonderful resturant and tiki bar overlooking the Atlantic with amazing food and great service. Our large room was very comfortable […] and had a small balcony and view of both the Atlantic and the intracoastal. We were easily able to entertain two guests in our room. The lobby had a small grocery for drinks and essentials, making staying on the property easy (the nearest commercial area is about a mile away). The room had neither a refrigerator (just an automated minibar) nor microwave, which would have been a nice addition. The bathroom was bright and the large shower quite functional. We did not use the watersports center, as the weather was unfavorable, but it looked as if one could rent various beach equipment there. Even for a holiday weekend, this resort was a great value and we would definitely stay there again. The only ding is that at check in, we were never phoned when our room was ready, in spite of the desk promising that they would. However, to apologize, they did give us drink and beach chair coupons, as well as free parking for the duration of our stay, which more than made up for the oversight. Read more
