The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. Front desk friendly and courteous. Convienent location, close to coliseum and you can walk to the mall!

Make sure you get a room in the new side of the hotel...I asked to be moved from the old side to new side and they did. Some rooms have very thin walls..I heard the other rooms phone and TV.

pretty expensive for a regular sized room, no extra sink like some cheaper chains, paid for micro. - none, comfortable and clean if you got the cash

This hotel was what I expected. Good location. In room dining was fabulous! Fast delivery, service was excellent and the food was prepared exactly how we requested. Can't really ask for better than that. Also, the check in experience was great, the bell service went beyond expectations.

The non smoaking room smelled like smoke. The desk said they would do something to the room for the smell but never did.

I liked the fact that it is in close proximity of a shopping mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.
