My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

A few of my friends and I met up here for a girls' weekend. We had a great time here at Laurel Point. The condo was clean with plenty of room for us. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could want. The condo had plenty of extra blankets and plenty of towels and pool towels for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in the perfect spot for those who want to be able to walk out their door and into the heart of Gatlinburg. The only knock is there is no wifi in the tower section of the property.

The motel had to change my room upon arrival as the first room was not clean. The breakfast the next morning was good. This was a new thing for the motel. I doubt if I would stay there again

Decided to stay here as a half-way point of a ten hour trip to resort in Northern Virginia. Daughter had a bug on her bed (tick-like bug) that she killed and left a bloody spot on the bed about an inch long. The room is aged, but the location was somewhat convenient to the casino. Stayed at the Chestnut Tree Inn for an event at my alma.mater in Cullowhee, NC. Room was ok, nothing fancy. Still havent upgraded to flat screens with better visibility from bed (which was super comfortable!). No real complaints.

Passing through the mountains and decided to stay in Cherokee. This INN was nicely maintained and the staff was wonderful. Our meal at the restaurant was the best! Would definitely stay here again

The AC unit fell apart when we turned it off, and at 3 AM another piece fell of and scared us. The staff was great and very helpful. Our door was broken, and we had to slam it to make it lock. And it was a very noisy hotel.

not the best but the price was right. clean room but older. Bed was comfy and staff was very good. Had a problem with the toilet but they responded within 5 mins and fixed it. The breakfast was excellent...hot food! Location is very good. If you are looking for a clean but older room, the price was very good.
