Asked for nice lounge and restaurant and we got a bar with no bartender and Dennys as a nice dining restaurant very disappointed.

Hotel a little old and maintenance could be better, room was clean and staff very friendly. The attached Denny's a good place to eat and the attached pub a good place for conversation and a night cap! Will stay again.

It worked. Our room had a wasp nest in the corner by the bed that the boy's were sharing. The hotel service did not reup my supplies for day two. I was stuck drinking decaf! Anyone who knows me and what my two sons have put me through, knows I have to have my coffee in the morning.

We got what we paid for---an inexpensive, convenient place to stay for river trips in the Silver Springs area. Linens were clean, if not plush, and we had a fridge and microwave which really helped for packing picnic lunches. The room was nice the only thing was that when I ordered online the picture showed king size double beds, but this hotel only has single king or two doubles. Since sharing beds and used to king size it was a bit uncomfortable, but that didn't ruin anything. Also I found out that this hotel is very pet friendly and for an additional $10 per night you […] can have your pet stay with you, i didn't know and my pet stayed outside in vehicle. The Denny's is attached and that was great, they have these pancake hushpuppies that are to die for, you really aught to try them. Everyone was nice and helpful. Appreciated being across the street from glass bottom boats, but that's about it. Nice & clean wonderful water pressure! But the bedsare so stiff & uncomfortable I ended up on the floor cause that had more cushion than the bed. Other than that over all it was nice & clean with a decent staff.

We were kept awake by people partying in the pool area at 1:30 a.m. Pool hours clearly stated that pool was only open until 10 p.m., but it wasn't enforced, even after we notified the front desk.

Overall the experience was pleasurable. Price was great. Room was clean. Common areas were also clean. Maid service was hit and miss, but room was clean overall. Very convenient for our needs. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was safe.

Checking in- The staff wasn't pleasent- They gave a general 'Bottom Floor poolside' Statement which was fine and worked- But the numbers on the room were EXTREMELY hard to read- At one point I parked and walked to find it. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our room. We have stayed in several motels/hotels over the years and by and large are greeted with an unusual odor upon entering the room. The food was well prepared and the waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. Between us we had several questions for the motel manager who was able to answer every one ans even helped us find a brochure for a nearby park. On top of all of that, we were extremely surprised by the beds that were in the room. They were the most comfortable mattresses and box springs that we've encountered in a long time. I would really like to find out where we might be able to purchase a set for our home. I mean that. WE DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEM FINDING THE PLACE. THE LOBBY NEEDS SOME CLEANING AND A LITTLE UODATE. THE DENNY'S CARPETS WERE DIRTY AND SHOULD BE CLEANED OR REPLACED. WE DID SPEND SOME TIME IN THE BAR AND DID HAVE A GOOD TIME.!

Seems like it hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time. Feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. At this point carpet should be professionally shampooed. Internet was very fast, and shower had great water pressure. Walls of shower were slimey. Staff were friendly.

We want to know where to get those pillows! I am a DAV (Disabled American Veteran) and the bed was great which means a lot coming from me. I have no disc between 2 of my vertebrae. The room met all the requirements for a couple of nights in Ocala. The staff was quite helpful with a scheduling problem of my making, and the location near route 35 and 40 was fine. Quite a few chain restaurants are within ten minute drive, and the only disapointment is that the in-house eatery is a "Denny's" which I personally do not care for.

This was an awesome stay at Days Inn. It is AMERICAN owned and operated. It is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very courteous and informative of local attractions. Denny's Restaurant is connected to Days Inn and you get a food voucher discount from Days Inn. We will be back to this location!!!
