My wife was getting a guide dog in nearby York Town heights. The hotel was convenient for visiting her. Be sure to eat at the Mt Kisco diner about A mile away incredible menu and service.

overpriced for what you get. hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but hotel is past its prime. No elevator, carpets look old, room heating units are noisy, location is behind a car dealer or two. For the price one would expect more.

The hotel was ok, but for the price the room was tight, the bathroom was tiny and there was no real desk in the room-just a couple of nesting tables. Check in staff was good as far as we needed them. NIce stay overall - convenient to our set of activities and business. Breakfast buffet (eggs, potatoes, etc) was cool-ish (not hot) at best and serving trays were nearly empty at 9am. No a la carte menu was offered and only one waiter was apparent.

Air conditioner made loud whining noise all night. A/C could not keep room cool. A/C shuts off when you leave room for "efficiency"; however, that lets you return to a hot room. Breakfast buffet was ok. Shower is for people who are shorter than 5'8". Would rather pay a little more and stay in a much nicer hotel.

We arranged for 3 rooms for our party. One of the rooms had a multitude of stink bugs. Not pleasant. Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had to go to an affair at Glen Arbor Golf Club and this hotel was close and convenient to the club as well as to Mt. Kisco.

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean and service very friendly. The bathroom was surprisingly large. The only negative would be that our room service took over an hour to arrive instead of the advertised 25 minutes, but when it did come the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. This area is so beautiful and clean as is the hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions and the pub and restaurant were top notch. Would refer anyone to this location as my companion and I had a very nice stay.

Hotel is basically ok, nothing special. However, they had a wedding one night and the guests who were staying across the hall partied until 3 AM and then were up talking in the hallway at 8 AM. Very little sleep was possible and while management said they would address the problem, no change happened after the call. When I again complained in the morning, […] I was told, "Sorry we had a wedding here last night." No offers for compensation, free breakfast, etc. So ask if they are having a wedding when you book and think twice if they are. Read more
