Pool water was cloudy and the room was a little small and some what humid. The service however, was very good! And the lobby/dining area with free snacks and drinks was a great value add. We would probably stay there again.

Nice hotel with lots of perks for families. Free hot breakfast, free evening meal with chicken fingers, hot dogs, baked potatoes, nachos, etc. Not fine dining, but kid-friendly food. They accepted dogs with no deposit! Nice staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of families there. Downsides were the location-- it's strip mall heaven and a little drive to […] get to the sights of Springfield. Also the hotel only has one (slow going) elevator, so we either waited it out or took the stairs. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay. We came to Springfield for a night getaway to get out of the house over Christmas break. The Drury Inn did not disappoint. nice motel with friendly workers. Had 2 bus loads of kids, which was bad for breakfast, they cut in front and ate up everything but the eggs. They could not work the waffle iron and I couldn't get to it, anyway. Other than the kids, the stay was very nice

Great overnight stay for our family of four. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and drinks served for both breakfast and the evening hot food. We had waffles, sausage and biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, french toast and more for breakfast. I had never stayed at one of these hotels before, so I was not sure what it would be like. I know most hotels build themselves up quite a bit in their website and they are not always able to back it up 100%. However, this hotel can. When we first arrived, the lobby area was nice, but not over the top. We went to our room which was just like the picture […] on the website. The beds were soft, the room was clean, and the bathroom had ample room. Like most hotels lately, the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet area. The shower area had plenty of room to move around and not feel cramped. And, the shower was clean, no mold or any problems. This hotel has a 5:30 Kickback which was a WOW for us. You go down to the lounge area and there is a whole line of snack foods and beverages for you to enjoy compliments of the hotel. Yes, it was enough to feed a family supper without a problem. Then, when you go back to your room, they provide free popcorn and sodas for you to enjoy. As we were leaving the lounge area, someone had spilled something by the trash can. I let a worker know and they took care of it right away. I do have to say that the only down side to the hotel was the pool. My children, who swim all of the time, said the pool was chilly. It was a rather small pool as well. But, it was an indoor pool, so that is the way it goes sometimes. Our family left feeling refreshed and ready for our vacation. Read more

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. All the staff were friendly and helpful,the breakfast was good and hot. There was plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal. The pool was small, but in good condition and the hot tub worked :) We enjoyed our stay as we always do at Drury Inn and Suites.

Spnding a little bit more on this hotel worked out great. With free hot snacks and drinks at night as well as the best free hot breakfast you can get at a hotel, spending an extra 30-40 $ on a room saved our family of 5 much more than that. Enjoyed it. As our room overlooked the pool, we were greeted by the odor of chlorine when we first entered the room, which was initially concerning, but the odor quickly dissipated by the time we got settled in. Bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was great!
