This hotel was so nice and well kept. One of the best maintained and well kept Sheratons I have stayed at and I have stayed alot! They were having some type of convention for NERDS, as they called themselves and the staff was getting frustrated with having to deal with that group. Front desk was very personable, but the bar tender was terribly rude […] and unfriendly. Other than that, excellent place and I would stay there again. Overall was a very nice motel; especially for the price. Assumed breakfast was included at that price, but was told by motel personel that it was not. Breakfast is a part of what determines our choice of motel. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that it was NOT included.

Overall, everything turned out okay. The room was clean and quiet. However, the room temperature kept changing from cold to hot through-out the night. The water in the shower took a long time to warm up and the pressure of the water was very low. The restaurant needs to add more to the menu.

For the price I did not get what I expect in a hotel room. I could hardly rinse my hair because the room did not have enough water pressure (not low-flow shower heads but WATER PRESSURE). In addition I found it nearly impossible to manage a warm temperature in the shower - the adjustment is either too sensitive to be useful or it is broken - resultikng […] in cold or hot but little I between. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay which was really hard since our kids were looking forward to swimming. I wish this information would have been available on the site when booking. Also the comment by the clerk to "fill up the tub" was not really appropriate for my 9 and 5 year olds.

I was there for business for 3 days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me rides to the ares close by where I need to get to in a moments notice. They're beds are the most comfy beds of all hotels I've stayed at. I didn't want to get out of bed. I recommended to all my coworkers who also travel to Omaha. I'll be back!

My wife and I usually have issues with the bed being too hard. We wake up with aches and pains in our backs. None of that here! Very comfortable! The hot tub needed a temp adjustment, and more water in it. We asked one person, and it was done within 5 minutes. Good stay. We'll be back.

The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in. The decor and cleanliness was impressive. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Wanting to experience a feeling of a "vacation" while helping our daughter care for her toddlers during the day, we found the Sheraton Omaha, 108th St. location to surpass our expectations. Check-in was a breeze and our 7-day stay was comfortable and all of our needs satisfied. The staff was very friendly. Retreating to the restaurant/bar each night […] to unwind was something we looked forward to although the menu is limited. They were more than willing to recommend restaurants nearby if needed. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but we had to ask for extra tissue and towels when they were not provided on 2 different days. They were brought to our 4th floor room within minutes. We found the Hotel quiet for the most part and had no problems at night. There were two wedding parties while we were there with an abundance of guests and while we did avoid the crowds in the elevators and lobby, except for having to park a bit further than desired, we were not inconvenienced at all. Our king room was very spacious with a roll-out sofa and sizeable desk. We could have used more drawer space though. Lighting was better than expected and the window large and well-covered, yet easy to manipulate shade and draperies. I enjoyed the view each evening of the sunset. I must mention the bathroom facilities were the quietest I have ever experienced in a Hotel. No worries about waking anyone with the usual noise. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again. We would go back to this hotel as everything was done perfectly. The only suggestion I would have for the Sheraton is be more informative about the Petfriendly fees. I think the charge for a pet could be $25 with a $50 fee paid up front and $25 refund after they inspect your room. We have 10 pound lap dog and she does not bark, shed or pee inside.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel! They have constant construction going on and dust everywhere. They also had a youth group convention in the hotel and these kids made noise all day and night. Slamming doors, yelling, playing football in the halls. The staff did absolutely nothing about it after numerous complaints from […] a large number of hotel guests. They did move me to another room on the floor above, just to hear the same loud kids, this time below me, instead of beside me. I feel I should be refunded all of the money of the trip. For a vacation, I got no sleep at all and would give this the worst rating possible. I stayed at the Sheritan in KC, Overland Park, the week before and the stay was wonderful. It is obviously the staff and management that makes the difference. Spare yourself the frustration. Stay away from the Omaha Sheraton! Read more

There was a mixup with the room we were originally assigned to...someone else was in it. When we went down to the desk they apologized profusely and gave us coupons for free breakfast in the morning. We were grateful and thought this was gracious. We were disappointed that the lounge closed at 11:00, as we came back to the motel from a night at the […] theater hoping for a nightcapt. I booked the room because we have stayed there numerous times in the past therefore didn't read all the details about it and didn't see that the pool was under renovations. My mistake. But when I called to see if they had any deals that weren't online not once did the staff tell me the pool was going to be closed. The hotel is beautiful. I was not impressed […] that our room was right above an entrance that needed repair. I was woken several times before 4am with the slamming of the door. About 6 am the slamming started again. People leaving then the construction crew slamming in and out and throwing things into the back of their trucks. First of all, this hotel is undergoing a top to bottom renovation, and we knew this going in. It's a tired old hotel, but they have done a great job on the lobby, restaurant and bar area. Our room seemed to be about half renovated - new bathroom - but the carpet, drapes, wall covering, furniture needs a redo. We were, however, in a pet friendly room […] so they may not let pets in newly freshened rooms and that is understandable. Great service overall, good location for our needs. The housekeeping seemed a bit hit and miss, but the room was acceptably clean. Look forward to giving this place a look again next time we are in the area. We usually stay at the Marriott across the street but had the pooch this time and Marriott has a no pet policy. The Sheraton Omaha is a decent place to stay but a little expensive for me. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was adequate but not very attentive to details. There was a used washcloth hanging on my shower rod and a dab of someone's toothpaste on the back side of my faucet. I can handle those minor details, but others may […] find them more offensive. I was more bothered by the charges for wireless internet and lobby coffee. In my opinion, these should be free these days. My husband and I found the hotel staff to be wonderful. We were on the 6th floor the 1st night we were there a family with 2 kids came in late and the children were very load. They woke us up at 7am with the kids playing. We ask the front desk if they would be staying for another night. She said yes and offered to change rooms for us.
