The bed was very comfortable. Paper thin walls though, so it gets a bit loud during the daytime. Everything about the bathrooms felt a bit small and cramped, and I am a skinny guy. The TV is average and the carpeting should be replaced as it was a bit old and worn, but the King bed was extremely comfortable and made up for the other small downsides. Overall no frills but a comfortable stay.

I was able to get a great deal on two different nights stay here. I wasn't sure how good it would be because of the great deal. To my pleasant surprise my stay was outstanding both nights.

I read other reviews of the hotel and they were good except for the t.v. Those reviews were right on. Very nice place to stay but the t.v. belonged in the garbage.

We had a last minute fly out and we come from 3 hours out of KC so we stayed here and came in late and left early. Had a nice room. The motel is a bit older but not so much to be considered in the stay.

I stayed here one other time and was pleased with the hotel for the cost. This time we also went to the Tanners resturaunt attached to the hotel. The food and the waitress were wonderful. Definately a good stay for the cost!

Front desk lady was wonderful. We got ih town early and called to see if we could check in early and that was fine. Over all it was a great stay and a very nice hotel and our room was great.

Hotel was very nice and so was staff. However the room was on the 1st floor close to the exit so we heard everything! There was traffic going in and out and every time someone got ICE we heard it. On top of the someone with a loud kid booked a room next to us. This was a trip to relax and we were not able to do that at all. We complain to the Manager and he apologized and made sure that the next stay would be better. He was very professional and nice. For that I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just try not to get the 1st floor!

When we arrived, the service was great, but when we asked for a hair dryer (included in the amenities) we got the run-a-round. We had to ask three times before finally going to the desk and actually waiting for a dryer to be delivered. Also, when we sat on the edge of the bed it came off it's frame. The room seemed small and crowded with not much room for our luggage. On our second night, we had to park in the street because there was no parking in the lot.

There was no way we could have known, but the hotel was full with early flight folks and a college fraternity who was having a 15 year reunion. Consequently, it was noisy and crowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed as well...one hostess and one waiter in the restaurant, doing the best they could. The last shouting and door slamming I heard was at 2:30 a.m. and our wakeup call was at 4:30.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at The Four Points by the Kansas City airport. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and awful. The internet did not work well and while it was supposed to be free I was charged and then when my daughter went to take a shower the water was brown. They volunteered to move me to another room and it was a better situation.

If it were not for the lack of attention from the restaurant staff my stay would have been perfect. I had to get the shuttle driver to go get the restaurant attendee to take my money. There was probably three people in the Bar/Restaurant that morning. Poor service. Hotel was great! Restaurant was awful and pricey.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Had complimentary parking and shuttle for up to 14 days if you stayed there and were flying out of Kansas City which was very convenient.

There weren't a lot of choices for restaurants close to the hotel but it was pretty nice inside. They gave us the wrong room at first and then gave another family a key to our room. That was a little disconcerting as our 15 year old was in the room alone when they walked in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice and the hotel was very clean. They gave us a free meal to help celebrate our wedding night. We will stay again if the need arises.

The only reason we stayed here is because it was the "hot deal of the week." It was pretty cheap for a Sheraton, BUT I was disappointed with a few things. First of all there were dirty, sticky footprints on the bathroom floor. Secondly, their breakfast lingo on the info cards in the room were a bit confusing. I had failed to notice if there was a FREE continental breakfast when we booked the room. On the info card in the room, it said continental buffet and full breakfast buffet or something like that. I assumed the continental buffet was free. Not so. My husband went to eat breakfast, failed to notice their sign with breakfast buffet prices at the restaurant door, and ended up getting a $12 bill for his breakfast. Very ridiculous price for breakfast, but i suppose we're supposed to expect that at a Sheraton? Other than those two things, it was a nice stay. If you can get in on "hot deals of the week," it's worth it.
