Had a great time. Pool was nice. Staff very friendly and suggested a few restaurants in the area. Room was clean with the exception of the shower faucet... and sink faucet leavers. They should be removed and replaced they where old and dirty on the inside. Cost prob $20. Otherwise it was a great room. Clean and comfortable. Go for a room with a balcony its worth the upgrade. Publix is within walking distance and fridge/micro came in very handy. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Chipolte across the street. Nice property with easy access to surrounding area restaurants, shopping, sights. It is a 30 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, but the hotel has a shuttle that runs back and forth every 2 hours beginning at 10am. Nice breakfast with choices of hot or cold foods. Did not use the pool or exercise room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was a great value pick. Great location to night life and the beach with an upscale feel. Only negatives ran into a communication problem with breakfast staff over daily breakfast. (2) members of the staff were incredibly RUDE! Actually talked back and made mean gestures back after asking if we could still have breakfast after the 10:30 deadline. […] We were actually told by front desk til 11am so I understand, but I mean they were RUDE! I really think this was an isolated incident because other than that this was a GREAT stay. The rest of the staff was wonderful. I would say it is a pretty quiet upscale hotel so kids??? The other thing for what it is worth, beautiful setting, but the County Sherriff's office is right next door and they are busy. Overall, I'd give it 4+. Read more

excellent hotel ,no frills, no spa ,no olympic pool , no fancy lounge.......BUT very highly reccomended...a nice good sized room very well furnished with good quality furniture..very nice linens and a well furnished and equiped bathroom.. very good value..would certainly stay there again. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the real advantage is the location. It is about a mile walk to the beach and you are in walking distance to the Mercado for shopping and nightlife. I was really happy to find this location.

Unfriendly welcome; double billed on resort fee; had to call and argue to have reviewed and removed from credit card. Property was nice and good value. May have just been a glitch or bad day on check in. I will try again.

If you stay anywhere else in Naples it will be your own fault! This Inn has it all. They even provided me a vase for fresh cut flowers that I gave to my bride. The service was wonderful, the rooms were spacious, the beds were VERY comnfortable, the morning continental breakfast was fresh & the staff was very kind & helpful. After sampling in similarly priced national chain hotels I thought I would take a chance. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Extremely clean and beautiful surroundings. To me thats all that matters.

Air conditioning very noisy and the refrigerator sounded as if it was going to take off every time the motor started up. Room smelt very musty.

no time to use poo; or exersize equipment or internet services, Just a nights stay. For the price could have had a better contenental breakfast. $11.00 fee was not necessarry.

Clean hotel and well-organized, but disappointingly bland. I know its Florida, and most everything down here has the grace of a strip-mall, but it would still be nice to sleep in something other than a large, partitioned drywall box. That said, this hotel mostly succeeds at what it sets out to be.

Large and quiet room, very nice view on the lake. Pool area very nice, the kids had fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was perfectly clean even if some elements are just a little bit old fashioned. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

I booked my hotel through the site and paid "in full", but before I checked out of the hotel, I was given an invoice with a balance. When I asked about it, I was told it was a "Resort fee" which covered the pool, gym, and "complimentary" breakfast. Obviously, the breakfast is not so "complimentary" when you are paying for it and I did not use the pool […] or gym while I was there 1 night. The hotel itself did not provide any "resort"-type amenities to be charging an extra fee. In fact, I found the room to be very mediocre and my sheets felt rough to the touch, the feeling of material once it's very old and used, there was no "luxury" feeling--or what I would associtate with a resort. Although it was only a $10 charge, I would have liked to have known about it when making my online decision on where to stay. I stayed there because of the rate in comparision to other hotels but if I would have known about the extra fee, perhaps it would have impacted my decision to stay somewhere else. I would have appreciated the information up front not after the fact that I already paid for the room "in full" as your site stated. It was not a bad hotel and the staff was friendly (as they should be) but I was not impressed by the misleading information on the total cost of the stay. Read more
