Never acknowledged Priority Club as the others do. This means something to me because I spend 280 nights a year in hotels and I teach positive customer service to large corporations across the USA. There is room for improvement in all areas, for the rate it should be outstanding. Hotels.com booking more likely than not influenced this stay.

Couldn't ask for any more. The attached Hyde Park restaurant really hit a home run. also. Didn't even have to leave the hotel. Numerous places/restaurants also in the area. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Next time I'm in the area I will look forward to staying there.

The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The shower didn't have a door or curtain which was by design but it was drafty and cold. Also, the wifi was worthless in my room. Very disappointing across the board.

A few comments you might be interested in hearing: We stayed in room 323 and the air-conditioner was extremely noisy, the TV didn't work, there was no stopper in the sink and the hotel evidently booked a large group of young men. Unfortunately for us, they were directly across the hall and up the hall from us. Staff was proffesional and knowledgeable; room was clean and comfortable; breakfast buffett was good with a nice variety. This hotel is in a great location being close to the freeway with several dining and shopping options. Great value for 3 star hotel.

Hotel was overbooked - booked 2 queen beds - had to accept queen and rollaway bed. An event being held at the hotel took all of the parking - after returning from dinner we had to park at an adjacent hotel overnight (this is ridiculous). Shower went from warm to scalding intermittently. Marijuana smell in stairwells...... ugh - We had our entire girls […] youth lacrosse team (20 x 12-13 yr old girls) - we definitely didnt feel safe. Our team plays at a tournament in Medina annually. Needless to say our team will make it a tradition to avoid this hotel! Read more

The hotel was convenient. Good for adults but not too good for small children.. Rooms were updated with fixtures that are not child friendly but look great. The beds were fabulous!

The sidewalk leading in to the hotel was uneven and broken. The glass on the outside door was dirty, as was the carpet in the entrance, hallways and lobby. The room looked clean. The room was cleaned only one time in our three day stay. This cleaning only occurred after frequent requests by me. Absolutely horrendous housekeeping situation. This leads me to believe that upper management is sorely lacking at this facility. This is my first negative review in over forty years in staying in hotels.

Glad you didn't have the crummy bedspreads I always yank off the bed but you need fans in the bathrooms. The staff was VERY friendly and location was great.

Everything went pretty well. We were supposed to get a free breakfast which we never did. There were also only sheer curtains on the windows so there was no way to keep the light out in the morning. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

I have asthma and they gave me a smoking room and said there was nothing they could do even with a medical condition. The room reached of smoke and I almost slept in the lobby. I left as soon as I woke up and would make sure I had everything I needed to not return to sleep.

When I first arrived, I simply walked up to ask if there were any vacancies. The front desk cleark said No, without apology. I went to the parking lot, got online to check out Hotels.com, and, sure enough, they had rooms available. I went back in and asked why he said they didn't have rooms, and he said he just wasn't sure. The stay itself was not […] pleasant because although I had a non-smoking room, the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke. Later, people were out front smoking, people were noisy in the halls, and, when I got ou at 6am to check email in business center, a guy was curled up sleep in the business center. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in many years. I've stayed at a few Holiday Inn's, but I've never had a bad experience at one until Holiday Inn Akron West. Read more
