I thought it was a great place to stay DID NOT LIKE the fact needed to pay extra for a different room so that I could stay away from the traffic. Location was EXCELLENT close to everything including freeways. Staff was nice. I would stay there AGAIN.

Only downside of the stay was that Breakfast area is too small, gets too crowded, people are in line for waffles and toaster that are located along the back wall and they block access to all other food items at the breakfast buffett

I stress out about the "right" hotel to stay in for vacations. It has to be relatively quiet, clean and convenient. This Comfort Inn provided all of these criteria and I would stay here again!! The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was good. They do not have a laundry facility on site which I was disappointed about because it says they do in the description on hotel.com. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

There are no laundry facilities on property to do own laundry.. Our room had no table and chairs to sit at, just a business desk with single chair. Location next to I-5 so very easy to go to Legoland.

We checked in after midnight and were treated just fine. I had called ahead to inform them and asked them to save a nice room. There are busses that run pretty regular (15-20 min) right outside the hotel around to the right on the entrance ramp to I 5. It takes about 15 min. to get to the park with three stops. It is called the ART bus system and you can buy a day pass for 3 dollars which is convenient. The breakfast is fine. Nothing big but enough to feed the tummies. All in all it was fine with no issues whatsoever. One thing I did not like was all of the city bus stop shelters have become homeless houses. the stop near the hotel is fine. Read more

Very friendly staff and a decent location for disneyland. Free parking, which is a major plus for this area. Our room faced the freeway and was pretty loud. Free breakfast was just ok. No shuttle from hotel to Disneyland and it would be a long walk. Would consider staying here again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel to spend a few days at Disneyland. The hotel itself was nice and well kept. The beds were comfortable too. The breakfast could have been better and a bit more variety. The main problem I had was that the tub did not drain well while showering.

Booked this hotel by the star rating and was a little disappointed. I was expecting a bit nicer hotel. Our room was nice but the furniture had stains and the curtains had what appeared to be cigarette burns on them. I was also disappointed about the pool. When we got there we found out that the pool was down for maintance. BUT the worst part of the whole stay was the on ramp to the 5 freeway was right outside our room window. So not only was there the freeway noise but starting at 3:30am the on ramp noise!!! This was a horrible place to stay. It is literally on the highway on/off ramp. Our room was above the bus stop that came around every 30 minutes with very loud beeping as it let its passengers on & off. The only thing that drowned out the sound of the bus was the incredibly loud AC unit in the room. The bed was way too high off the ground on a metal […] framed riser that needed to be oiled. The toilet was a flash back to a child's size with barely working mechanics. The fitness room was dirty & overrun with out of control teenagers. The staff was absent when needed, rude and wooden. They were just going through the motions of doing the bare minimum with no regard for guests or true guest service. The breakfast was unappetizing with only dirty tables for dining. The only positive was the guide functionality on the TV. It was very user friendly. Of course the TV itself was set on the dresser with a considerable portion of it cutoff because the bed was so much higher so viewing it wasn't that comfortable. As a whole our experience was a huge disappointment. This is not the place to stay if you are looking for a night of comfort. Read more

Chose a room opposite the freeway and was totally satisfied with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Breakfast buffet was very filling and tasty. Thought this was a great choice for a reasonably priced but comfortable and clean hotel near Disneyland.

I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel to find out the pool was unavailable because of repairs. I understand that everything needs maintenance, but the hotel should have to claim that on your website. My family uses the pool wherever we go and needless to say were very disappointed.

Stay was good aside from a humming sound from the other rooms bathroom all night. The hotel also needs to put full adult pillows not infant size. The hotel is clean and nice. Right off the freeway and about one mile from Disneyland.

We went to Anaheim for opening Supercross weekend. This hotel was very convenient to Angels Stadium. The ONLY drawback was the proximity to the highway. If you're a light sleeper, you'll want a room on the parking lot side of the hotel, because the street noise was a little much at times. Definitely recommend this hotel though!

okay so I go to Anaheim maybe about 4 or 5 times a year. During those times I tend to try out different hotels in the surrounding area where Disneyland is at. I go through hotels.com and stay at hotels based on people's reviews. However when I first looked at this hotel it had a 4.4 guest rating now before reviewing the hotel I saw the rates went down. […] Hotel floor 5 had a smell of mold to it the room it's self was outdated , decorations blah. I checked for dust seem to be here and there, however carpets need a serious deep clean and they need to learn how to vacuum in crevestes. The view we had was good could see California adventure. Breakfast was dull what's funny is the apple juice, for there to appear to be more they added water . Overall I wouldn't stay again and I kinda wouldn't recommend it to my family but maybe friends who want something cheap and dull. Best thing about this hotel is hot shower and comfortable beds. The hotel itself is fine--clean, well-run, and in good condition. However, the location is very bad. Far too noisy being right next to I-5 and apparently not enough soundproofing in the rooms to abate it. We had to run the fan all night to try to drown out the noise. Won't stay here again.

The staff allowed us to check in early because they were not at capacity and, after traveling all morning with a toddler, that was wonderful. Our room was facing the interstate, so I was worried that it would be too loud at night when we were trying to sleep. When my husband called the front desk to ask to switch rooms, they told him it would be $10 […] extra a night--which I thought was ridiculous, especially since the hotel was not booked up. We decided against the extra cost and switching rooms and in the end, we were so exhausted from Disneyland and California Adventure every night, we never even noticed the traffic flying by. To get to Disneyland, there is a shuttle every 20-30 minutes for $3 or $4 a person, but we never used it. You do have to do a U-turn to get to Disney parking from the lot. But a minor inconvenience for the value of this hotel. Very easy to find, recently renovated, clean with comfy beds and a decent breakfast. Everything a Disney-bound family needs. Read more

For the price of the hotel, worth it since it's near Disneyland, the shuttle is next to the hotel, but you need to buy the tickets elsewhere. You can buy the day passes at disneyland when you get there but pay exact amount on the bus. For my stay in the hotel, it was nice and comfortable, always came back from disney with new towels and clean room. […] I would say the cons are that the breakfast room is small and it gets crowded in the mornings, and you do get variety but with people waiting for food, it makes you feel rushed when choosing your food, also slim pickings if you go later than earlier. They have a waffle maker, but that takes time to make so it would have been nice if they prepared it so others aren't waiting behind you for so long. The pool isn't as heated as mentioned also. Less than 2 miles to DIsneyland, breakfast (nothing fancy, just a regular one). If you have a car, go to a Disney theme parking (better deal than the shuttle provided by the hotel). If you are looking for a clean hotel to spend the nights, this is a good value..
