This was supposed to be a Holiday Inn, but the quality was Econolodge. The furniture was nice, bedding, but it's outfitted like the lower rent Holiday Inn and the staff have no training at all. Disappointing compared to the first time. I wrote a rave review on trip advisor for this hotel when I stayed there last fall. This time I was treated as a second class citizen and given the worst room on the property. One FULL size bed in the room and a handicap walk in shower. They made it very obvious that they were treating me differently because I got a good price when I booked online. I should be punished for that?
