Definitely budget hotel but friendly & prompt staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, and safe location. The room was 62 degrees when I arrived at 1am for my pre-paid room, which made it less comfortable to quickly get to sleep to leave early the next day. This hotel was a good value for me. The price was modest and the location was convenient to my travel plans. It had a decent in house restaurant and bar -- which was good since this spot is basically a highway interchange. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Hotel was clean, Restaurant was very good breakfast was very very good. BUT from check in our room smelled deeply of smoking. I called the desk ...as I was sure we were in a smoking room and was told not it was non smoking and if we felt it was musty (no felt it was smoke smell) they could send housekeeping to spray air freshener, sprays lasted about […] 5 to 10min. After time in room you got used to it. As the smoke smell was deeply embedded in room showers dampness seemed to bring it on all over. Guests to our room also asked if we had chosen a smoking room as they had never seen us smoke? Lastly there was not a working fan in the bathroom ...this made the bathroom showers dampen everything bringing out smoke smell and making us run the hair dryer and sun lamp continuously, after showers, to help dry out things. Lastly the seal to an exterior door was broken allowing a draft and loud rain trickle sound into room While the room was clean there were some major facilities issues to address. The room should not be rented as non smoking. a working fan in the bathroom installed and the door weatherstriping must be repaired. Lastly this was minor and may be due to weatherstriping but the exterior door had to be slammed to latch shut. Overall some good but our specific room needed work...and we should have been moved upon complaint...not spray the room. Read more

The hotel was nice, clean, accomodating. The best part was the free continental breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast - all very good. And there was all the other stuff like cereal, juice, sweet rolls, etc.

Location is perfect and the price is so reasonable. Two of the adavantages is haivng a microwave and refrigerator in the room.This is great especially when you og out ot eat and bring food back. the staff also called after I was in the room for a half-hour and sked how everything was.

We booked a last minute stay at the Best Western Plus Lehigh Valley due to their dog-friendly policies. The staff were all very friendly and the room was large and clean. The bathroom appeared to have been renovated recently. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot food, coffee, juice, and fruit, as well as cold cereal and breads. The free WiFi […] worked fine in the room, but not in the bar. The only other negatives were an overall dated feeling to the common areas, unattractive decor in the room, odd difficulties opening and closing the doors (had to SLAM both internal and external doors to our room), and a minimal fitness facility. The heating unit is very loud. There is no way to adjust the fan speed, therefore it blows on high throughout the day/night. We found it to be annoying when trying to sleep. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. If you cannot navigate stairs you must request a first floor room.

we had 3 in a room and only 1 set of towels. we called the front desk to get more delivered, then went to our event at the hotel. when we returned to our room, whoever brought the additional towel sets just opened the door and threw them on the floor!!!! we called the front desk and said this was unacceptable, especially since they were making a TON […] of money from our groups dinner, event, and rooms. we were guarenteed fresh towels within 30 minutes. THEY NEVER CAME! The dining service was way too slow, meat was way too rare, and the chef cut our table's meat WITH the grain instead of AGAINST the grain. We couldn't eat it! The baked potatoe and lemon cake were great but it took forever to serve coffee! Most of us couldn't enjoy the food because we HAD to be in our meeting room, seated by 7 p.m. And, the motel didn't have enough chairs to setup the dining room and a meeting room for this large of a crowd. Property was an excellent value. This was an older hotel (originaly a Holiday Inn) that has been updated and refurbished. The room and bath were the biggest I've experienced in many years. The pool was closed for the season, but the pool and deck were, again, the biggest I've seen in years. The room was quite sufficient. Breakfast bar was excellent and convenient. However, many kids and adults were running through the halls even late at night and early morning, noisy. The door to our room kept wiggling when other people opened and closed their doors and it was too noisy. Bring your white noise machine or earplugs!

I was satisfied with the accomodations. The room was clean and had everything I needed--microwave, frig, internet, TV. Great breakfast. However, for those to whom it matters, the facility is dated. Overall my stay was good. There was nothing really to complain about, other than the hotel being a little bit "Old School". The room it self was roomy enough for both me and my girlfriend, but the bathroom....... It was just WAY too small... It was to a point where if you sit on a toilet, you can't open or close the door b/c it'll bump into your knee. […] haha Being 5'11" and 180lbs it was just big enough for one person to barely move around in there. The room was overall a very nice room. As a housekeeper at a different hotel I noticed some cleaniness issues but nothing major. The mirrors were a little streaky and the chrome in the shower was spotty. Other than that the room was great. The hotel was quiet.

My married daughter who was visiting me in NJ from Ohio and I decided to take a sweet Mother /daughter simple Girls only overnight to Lehigh Valley..... This is a nice place to stay. It has a really good pool with a deep area that you can dive in while shallower areas for kids. It also has a small kid pool (could have been a hot tub that was taken out of service though). The pool was cleaned every day but towells were not always stocked in the area. The rooms were fair. The tub drains were very slow […] so the tub would fill up when you took a shower. I had two rooms in this hotel and both did the same thing. On multiple occasions, I had to ask for new towels. The hotel desk said that they ran out. But, they were able to deliver them right away when I asked. I was disappointed that I had to aks as this should be a standard item that gets replaced eacy day. The best part of the hotel is the free hot breakfast. This is a great deal that was much better than the cold cereal and toast that other hotels put out. The staff was extremely nice. The pool was outside, and it was enormous. The breakfast buffet was excellent, largely b/c the staff was working very hard to keep all stations full and tables clean. Huge dining area. Great value. Only downsides: no elevator, bed was too soft for my husband, and the carpet in the hallway was loose.

I really thought the hotel was nice. I wish that the shuttle service would all day, because my flight got in at 2:30PM but they could not pick me up until 4:00PM, so I took a taxi instead. The breakfast was really nice and the staff friendly and efficient. Good value.
