The experience was disappointing. We were placed in a non-smoking room that had a foul smoky odor. Desk clerk was apologetic and promptly placed us in another room. We had to call the front desk for blankets at bed time as none came on the bed. In the morning there was no hot water due to a boiler break and no regular coffee in the room. I was able to get a full refund from Expedia which was greatly appreciated since the stay was less than acceptable. I wasn't expecting the Taj Mahal, because the rates were reasonable, but this was even shabbier than I expected. The lobby was very dingy, and the desk clerk came out chewing food she had been eating in the back. She had to force herself to be civil. The caulk was coming off all around the bathroom; the ceiling over the bed had been badly patched, with cracks showing and spackle almost falling down; the wallpaper was peeling in several spots; the furniture was two decades outdated, worn, and dented. Having said all that, I will also say that they do what they can given the condition of their hotel and its appointments--the linens were ample and fresh, the carpet and the bathroom were clean, and the staff was very helpful and not unfriendly when called. The room itself was quite large, and everything was neat and in order. This hotel is very convenient to the highways, both I-80E and I-90E. One thing I should mention is that there was a LOT of construction going on there during our stay--it looks like they're building a new hotel right next to this one. Maybe it's a new Ramada?? Was difficult to find hotel, entrance not very well marked. Room seemed fine till went to take a shower and discovered a coating of mold under the anti slip mat! Went down for breakfast and many of the tables in the dinning area were dirty, we just got coffee and left. I wont go back.

Our room was very nice, great king size bed! No fridge but this Ramada was pet friendly & we had our dog with us. Great staff ! Had a little trouble with the A/C when we first got into our room, maintenance was there in 5 minutes & had it fixed. VERY satisfied!

You were "turned off" before you even checked in because of the difficulty in finding it and the surrounding boarded up buildings, dirt roads, and many trucks in the parking lot. Where to start? All of the fabric in the room, from the drapes to blankets to carpet were stained. The arm chair had blood stains on it. The office chair was stained and squeeky. The mini-fridge was dented and rusted, one leg being supported by a piece of paper folded 4 times. And to top it all off, there were 3 or 4 disposable razors in the garbage […] with unkown brown substance covering them (possibly dip tobacco). The whole building had a mixture of odors that can only be described as a mix of trucker BO and carpet freshener. One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago when it was a Holiday Inn, conditions have gone down hill fast, not sure why this has a 3 star rating. Hall rugs were ripped and dirty, most of the ice machines were broken (along with the coin operated washer/dryer). Overall just worn out. On a positive note the pool was clean and kept up.
