this is a wonderful hotel. as soon as you walk in there is a smile and the room are so clean and updated...feels relaxed. we asked to up to a king from queen....the staff was very accommodating....definitely will stay at future hampton inns above others......my wife did not want to leave!!! :)

The Customer Service at this hotel is OUTSTANDING! Everyone is so nice! This is not our first time staying there and it will not be the last. The location is great, just a couple miles from Magic Mountain and as an added bonus, it has an In and Out across the street!

Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful, room was nice and perfectly clean. We are on a tight budget and cannot afford high-priced hotels, so this was a good value compared to other places we've stayed. Absolutely no complaints. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

My daughter and I stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn and we both were very pleased with our selection. Check in staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable for two people. The location is right near the freeway but the noise was not a problem. Plenty of food choices were nearby. A few within walking distance.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they have several juices and coffee flavors. The room was a great size and bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a great stay and I will plan to stay again when I go out that way. Also, they keep coffee and hot water bar out all day

It was much more than I expected!!! Very clean and welcoming facilty. We were on our way to Hollywood and decided to stay to make it a half way destination. The room as very very nice....Close to everything. Breakfast was delicious...much more that we expected for breakfast. A definate much is you are looking for comfort and friendly staff.

This hotel is Great! The beds are a little firm but the area and the quality are great!! And they have THE MOST AMAZING COOKIES that they put out at 6pm! Everything about this hotel is fantastic!

Everyone at this hotel was very friendly! The hotel was very clean, very inviting. I would stay again and again. THE ONLY THING I was disappointed in was THIS-I had stayed at this hotel on. Us invests for TWO weeks. My rate was great 83.00 a night. When I found out our project was going to run over another THREE weeks I asked the manager and staff if […] I could continue to get my rate and they said NO! They said there was nothing they could do about the rate....that it was "controlled" by someone else. However I could not speak to the someone else. I wasn't even getting my room serviced everyday!! On days I worked on the computer which was at least two days out of the week and on Sat they didn't even have to service my room! The hotel itself was WONDERFUL, but I just wish I could have spoken to THAT RATE CONTROL PERSON!! By the way, the Courtyard Marriott right down the street is just as nice if not nicer....AND THEY HONORED MY RATE and lowered it to 79.00!! Read more

We stayed here with our 3 and 1 year old kids here for 3 nights over New Years 2013. We got a room with 2 very comfortable beds that also had a mini refrigerator for keeping our drinks cold and made for a great home base for our trip to Los Angeles. The breakfast was very good and eliminated the need for lunch. The quality was good, and was always […] warm and plentiful even towards the end of breakfast time when most hotels start running out of everything. Most hotels I have been to (and we've been all over the planet), if you go towards the end of the breakfast there is nothing left...at this Hampton Inn not only was everything still available...it was still warm and the workers were very accommodating if you needed anything. The waffle maker that provided 4 little mini waffels was also a major hit with our kids...they LOVED their own little mini waffles. Lastly and probably most important was the staff...when we arrived around 8:00PM on New Years Eve the two girls who were working up front were very friendly and got us a room right inside which was great for little kids and had nice warm cookies available which made them the coolest people ever to our 3 year old. The entire time while they were there during our trip, whenever they would see us they would talk to us and were just really friendly which doesn't happen most places.
