The location was very dated. They allow pets, and the room had the smell of animals. The beds were old, extremely uncomfortable, along with the rest of the rooms decor. We stayed out of necessity based on the location, but would not return and should have stayed further from our venue to have a better nights stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a bit outside of town but convenient if you are passing through Logansport. The Mexican restaurant is surprisingly authentic although you can still get mac and cheese. There's no printer to print out boarding passes (prob not too frequent a request) but the desk staff let me email it to them […] to print. Like I said, very nice people. Hotel is very old and bathroom floor was not clean. Towels were really worn out and sheets were rough. My biggest complaint would be that when I checked in I and others were in line to check in and they were all construction employees or male gender and I was only female dressed in a business suit and clearly ALONE the front desk person loudly announced […] my room number and location and where to park my car so all could hear and know. NOT COOL and made me very uncomfortable. Then my key would not open the outside door and one of they guys in the parking lot drinking beer with others opened it for me. No screw-ups or bed bugs, very clean room that was well cleaned on a daily basis for our stay lasting over a week. All staff were very friendly and did their best to be of service. Location is close to all major shopping and the restaurant had good food and a good reputation with people in Logansport

The hotel is undergoing an ownership change, and currently the sign is not visible, so it is hard to find after dark. I was placed in a room next to one with some loud occupants, and the hotel desk staff was fast and courteous in moving me to a very quiet room. Bed was comfy, wifi was fast, and the room was clean.

My room was not as described. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The public spaces in the hotel need much attention. Carpets throughout were worn. Good value for the money. Location is pretty good, cleanliness was excellent, furnishings were worn and outdated. Our king sized bed sagged in the middle and was not too comfortable but all in all, not a bad place to stay.

Reasonably priced. The room was nicely furnished, except the bed was way toooooooooo hard. Fast and easy registration. The gal was very helpful - gave a good recommendation for dinner. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, and no attendant to keep things supplied.

The ownership was in transition and did not have a valid license for the bar and they closed the pool down at 8:00 pm on a day that was 105F. Could have made an exception considering our group brought in 8 bookings.

I picked this hotel based on other reviews and was a little disappointed. The room was clean, however it was evident the bathroom floor had not been cleaned because there was someone else's hair in several spots on the floor. Also, the pool was closed and they did not know when it would reopen or what was wrong with it. The hallway carpets were stained […] as well. The breakfast served in the morning was enough for me and the friendly man who set it up was nice to chat with. I did end up checking out four days early and decided to drive back and forth to my meeting each day. The staff, especially Dorma, the manager were VERY helpful with my checkout and only charged me for the night I stayed. I had to leave because my child was sick, not because I did not like the hotel. Although the staff was very nice, I would probably stay at the Holiday Inn across the street next time. Read more

This hotel was a great experience. It was nice having a clean room with enough supplies (except coffee). It was also nice not being kept awake by loud neighbors! I've had to switch rooms several times at hotels in the past because of loud parties in the hall. The continental breakfast was nice.

Everyone was so cordial and nice. The room was really nice and clean and making your own complimentary waffles added a nice touch. It really was worth the price that I paid!!

There breakfast bar was not very clean and it was not well lit, the bread that was out to make toast was molded halfway up the slice. We alerted the cook and he throwed away the bread, so we didn't eat their breakfast after that and would not eat in the restaurant.

Iwas supriised at the location and condition of the hotel. Ramada has always been upper level in my opinion. This one lacked almost everything. When we checked in the resptionist had to check if they had the "one" room on the first floor available cleaned yet ?The reseptionist seemed very "put-out" to help us? (the parking lot was empty at night). The […] pool was closed, yet I had called directly and they said it would be open when I arrived. The young man that helped on check-out in the morning was helpful and provided good service..The distance to Purdue specified is a little misleading; it is farteher than listed.We only stayed 1 night of a 3 day reservation, and got another hotel in Lafayette for the final two days. The hotel looked old and run down inside and out and had a low grade odd smell to it. My room seemed clean but dingy and in need of upgrading. The lamps didn't work very well and the room was poorly lit. The hotel is not very compact, but rather it is spread out. The room that I was in was quite a ways from the lobby. Quiet if nothing else. Nothing […] but the weight machine worked in the exercise room. The treadmill was stuck at about 10 degrees and I kept getting static shocks which tells me that it may not have been grounded properly. The hotel has an attached restaurant that they have listed in the hotel info as being Italian but in actuality is Mexican. I didn't see many people there so went to the Applebees down the street as there isn't much by way of dining in the area. The hotel does have free breakfast with a few hot items despite this website indicating that it did not have breakfast. The breakfast area (in the Mexican resaurant) was cold and poorly lit. Given all of this, I think that it would be worth your while to drive farther and stay elsewhere. Read more
