Caribbean Cove Hotel & Water Park

I was disappointed in the maintenance and up-keep of the hotel. My curtains to the room were raggedy, totally falling apart. Dirt was noticable all around the floor boards. The hotel is very dated an worn.

The room was not super clean. Someone had a party in the room before us and there was tape and pieces of crepe paper stuck all over the room. Bathroom tiles were pretty worn. The place is in fair condition with poor up keep! 10 tubes for the whole water park! Its not worth the money! Stay home a play in the bath tub! The place has fallen way off since Holiday Inn sold it a year ago.

We (two adults) stayed there over Christmas for 4 nights. We were visiting family in the area. The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful, the hot buffet breakfast very good & available to 11 am, & the price unbeatable. We did not use the water park but did go check it out. There were several lifeguards constantly walking around the different pools […] with their eyes on the kids. The water park area was very clean & well kept & maintained. I wished I had brought my bathing suit to be able to use it. It was very impressive for an indoor water park. There is a separate pool in the general area, also well kept. The attached water park was not as we had experienced it before. Of the two hot tubs, one was not working and the other was cold. No towels available in the water park. There was no gift shop. Some on the vending machines were empty. There was no top sheet on one of our beds.

Upon Arrival they gave out our Queen bed that we had reserved and was going to give us 2 doubles. The TV wouldn't pick up main stations, No wash cloths or hand towels, rust along bottom of tub. hot water was warm only. sink leaked in room 263

For the most part we were just there to sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the location of the hotel was good. Very nice hotel. Had problems during check in. Hotel put us in a room with one bed and we had 4 people. I had booked a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. They said I booked one bed only.
