We enjoyed the very friendly and professional greeting of the front desk personnel.Unfortunately another couple in our group did not find that their room was up to snuff. They were so dissatisfied, even with the cleanliness of the room, they said they would not go back. Very nice hotel at an affordable price. The shuttle service to the Logan Express station in Framingham is very convenient, though you could practically walk to the hotel from there if it were a more pedestrian friendly area.

Entering to 30 giant lava lamps, the guest is treated to a design FEAST at every turn. The entire hotel is a work of art with retro kitsch throughout. I loved that about it. The heater was a little on the loud side. My wife woke up each time it turned on during the night. price without promotional cost would not be worth it. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Carpets worn. Staff hot and cold. No complementary breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. Room was comfortable. We had control of heat. convenient location.

Two items of interest to me - 1)The ice cream/coffee shop was not open by the time I left in the a.m. (7:30 or so) to allow one to get a cup of morning coffee without sitting in the restaurant, nothing was available in the lobby, the stuff in the room was terrible, and that ice cream shop seemed to be Starbucks only - not my preference; 2) the lounge […] had very state of the art televisions - large-excellent picture-etc while the guest room I had was outfited with an old tube type television.which had a small screen and got a so-so picture. You would never know you were in a suburban hotel. The place is completely updated and has a nice hip bar scene. Love the modernness you would expect to find in Boston. If staying in the Natick/Framingham area, definitely recommend.

An older hotel that could use a facelift. Booklet it hotel room needs to be updated -- many entries were out of date. Staff was very cordial and responsive. Restaurant and room service food was very good -- higher quality than you would expect in a hotel. Fitness center was very high end and very well equipped.

My only input would be for one to be more informed about how to get around from the hotel. As you leave the property, you can only make a right turn onto the divided street. I found there is 'no u turn' at the first signal so you must make a right turn at that first signal into the shopping center to turn around and go left in order to get to the Natick […] Mall...otherwise it is a few miles until you can turn around.
