Where to start? Upon arriving in the room we found trash. The AC vent in the bathroom was coming out of the wall and covered in dirt and dust. The door to the room did not feel secure at all. On the last day while we were packing and getting ready to check out the plumbing went haywire. Upon flushing the toilet it overflowed and sent water everywhere. […] I got the attention of housekeeping who is in the room next door and the woman simply smiles and nods. They say that breakfast is from 6:30 until 9:30 but if you go after 8:45 you will find that the food is old and does not look like it should be eaten. The hotel rooms has mold on walls and strips of wallpaper covering something.? The doors were not secure making the rooms unsafe. It was advertised as free hot breakfast---including the board outside, and there were only mini muffins and Luke warm coffee. The Hotel is under remodeling, and the have old beds, chairs, tables all over the place (just thrown away inside the premises). During the job, a cable must have been cut and we were not able to watch TV all weekend. We were not even offered a discount!!

When first entering the room it smelled like smoke which was a non smoking room. The sheets had stains on it and towels. The overall appearance wasn't good. Old toilets and mattress in the hallways. I understand that its remideling going on but it shouldn't look like that. Also the tv kept turning off and it wasn't an updated television.

The hotel is in the process of renovating. The front lobby looked wonderful but the outside area where rooms were did not. The prices were extremely high due to the festivities going on but not worth compared to the regular nights stay. The staff was nice but the hotel really needs a lot of work.

I checked in late (2 am) at this hotel. The check in rep was totally uninterested and extremely slow. I was put in the corner room closest to traffic where it was almost impossible to sleep with all of the trucks going by. At 7:30 am, I was awakened by hammering and sawing from a construction team. It was a very miserable experience.

Tired, worn out motel with little ammenities. It's obvious this property is desperately trying to hold on to a worn out model (large multi-level motel w/ exterior doors). Stains on the walls, old carpets, tube TVs, old lamps it goes on and on.... Free breakfast buffet was a joke of poor quality food with little or no oversight by staff.

Although there was a huge number of rooms available, it was more convenient for the hotel to put people in outside rooms near all the noise of the interstate rather than situate everyone in the inner courtyard area. The hotel restaurant is closed for renovations - no mention ahead of time about that. The cable network subscribed to is so basic that […] it didn't even include PBS stations! Was first issued a room that had not yet been cleaned. Only positive note about our stay is that they had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Complimentary breakfast was very disappointing and room was dilapidated. Drapes fraying at seams, upholstery on chairs was stained.....

It was a decent hotel FOR THE PRICE. They locked us out of our room and we had to get the keys reset after the first evening, since we stayed 2 nights. It is right off I95 and about 20 min from Savannah, which I didnt realize when we booked it, but it turned out to be okay.

The rooms smelled. The first on they gave us had just had the carpets cleaned and hadn't been aired properly. The second room still smelled but not as bad. It was tolerable. I did like having laundry facilities available to the public. Staff was nice and helpful.

I booked on a days notice for a pretty fair rate and found the hotel to be worth the cost. The AC in the room was noisy and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, but the room was otherwise clean and inviting. The bed was too hard for my taste, but that's a personal thing.
