"FREEZING POOL!!!"

My family and I decided to spend the weekend here just to relax and swim...the pool was FREEZING. There is a large adult pool, kiddie pool, and 2 jacuzzis. One jacuzzi was broken and no one was in the adult pool--we soon found out why. Everyone in the pool area was complaining about the cold water and the temperature in the pool area was cold as well. Multiple people expressed their disappointment. We will NOT go back for a "weekend pool getaway" at this hotel. It was truly a disappointment. I spoke to the front desk about the pool and he told me multiple people had made similar complaints and he offered to knock $20 from the bill.....it was disappointing....

"Just the right hotel"

Hotel was clean, room was very spacious. Yes, in some areas i believe it was just a little out dated, but nothing to be scared of. They offer an OUTSTANDING complementary breakfast. Can't even tell you the choice of your basic full filled breakfast bar. The only thing it sucks only offered Mon-Friday. Keep in mind they have a reception hall in the hotel and it does get a little loud, but the hotel keeps the crowds under control. The hotel does not tollerate partties in their rooms. I would stay here again, there is places to shop and eat all around!

My daughter, sister, and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Countryside while my father was recovering from surgery. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Countryside, Illinois.

"Great Hotel to stay in"

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool area was spectacular, the service we received were wonderful and the staff were all very helpful. The only thing was the bathroom, it was a bit tiny...but overall a great place to stay at. Not only that but it's only 15 miles away from chicago!

Very quiet--it stormed one night and we didn't even hear it. The rooms and pool were very clean. The employees were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go to and was easy to get to. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a wedding. Rooms are a little small, bathroom is a little larger than a closest. The banquet and event facilities are great. I anticipate the hotel will receive a makeover with Holiday Inn's recent re-branding. Issue 1: A large cluster of Milk Duds was under the tv, would have been found during routine cleaning Issue 2: TV was small and outdated Issue 3: AC units need upgrading

"needs impovement"

this was a good hotel. the bathroom fan did not work. the air conditioner was loud did a poor job cooling the room. they do have a nice pool area for adults and kids with a game room that is free. the down side is that you can not have guest in the pool area.

Hotel facilities were great. 25 feet swimming pool, poolball and pingpong set and 2 hot spas.However, for the hotel price, the bathroom of the room was so smelly, and vent was so dusty, I and my kids were not happy. This hotel must be for the group of people like highschool field trip, for the purpose of group meeting. All I can remember is the bad smell of the bathroom.
