Very disappointed - the cleanliness of the carpet was terrible and was in need of a shampoo! Also, the room needed a lot of updating - especially the bathroom. The location was easy to get to and great for our destinations but that was the only plus to the hotel.

I had read the reviews from others and still went ahead and booked our stay because the location was great for our plans. And while the location was perfect the hotel was horrible. The room was never cleaned, nor did we receive any clean towels, or have simple things like our trash emptied. The overall appearance did not seem bad, but the staff was […] rude, especially when we asked about having our room cleaned. I even tried speaking with the front desk manager which was a complete waste of time. He didn't care anymore then his staff did. The beds were horrible. The sheets didn't fit the bed, and the beds are worn out and useless. Next time I will find a place that cares about it's guests. Read more

The hotel location was ideal to a soccer tournament as well as being a great area. The hotel staff was courteous and went out of their way to shuttle us to the soccer complex. We loved the pool area and the work out room was better than most hotels. However, even though we checked in after 3PM, our room was still not completely ready for us and the […] sink in the bathroom was clogged. We had a pool side room, and all through the night, it was very noisy. My daughter who was playing in the tournament could not get any sleep with the "paper-thin" walls and it was hard for the rest of us to remain asleep too with all the activity in the pool area at all hours of the night. The main areas of the hotel were updated and nice. Now they need to carry this into the rooms. Old and worn out. Bathroom was not pleasing at all. Tub calking hanging off, peeling in the tub. no drain closer, very uncomfortable bed.

My room was very cold all night, I requested another blanket or comforter but was told they did not have any more. They had nothing in stock for an upset stomach either. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, the coffee was great and the resturant inside the hotel had very delicious food.

the neighborhood and the out side of the building were mediocre, but one you are Inside the place is great. Nice beds, clean sheets, a room big enough to move around in. the restaurant in the hotel way great to if you are looking at getting a quick bite. I would recommend and will stay here again.

Not too many people were at the pools around the time I went there with my partner and it was great. The rooms are extremely clean and neat and the beds are comfortable. My only complaints are that it gets a bit cold at night and there was no DVD player. Other than that, it had mostly what we needed at such a great deal!

Everyone that worked at the hotel was nice and hospitable. It's a comfortable room and convenient location, with a nice cafe nearby called Stone Creek Coffee. The room felt a little run down (the TV wasn't working well, and the shower's water pressure wasn't great), but for the price it was very reasonable. I'd definitely stay again.

I found the quality of service and accommodations at this Radisson to be not as good as at other Radissons I have stayed at. I used the door tag to order room service for breakfast and when they hadn't showed at 20 minutes past the delivery cutoff I tried calling to cancel the order but found both phones in the room to be broken. Front desk didn't seem […] that concerned or apologetic about either issue. Otherwise the room was comfortable but overall maintenance condition was less than I would expect from a Radisson. I love the Radisson, in fact wherever I go I try to book the Radisson. This stay was not the same. The staff was great, in fact front desk knew and called me by name. But the bed was awful. I woke up hurting every day. it was as if the sleep number bed wasn't working at all. I was getting up stiff and sore. And in time it went away and I was there for […] 3 nights. I rated the comfort of the room 3 because there was a couch in there...I did not complain because It was only for 3 nights and the first was not as bad as the remaining 2. In that I was disappointed. Temperpedic beds kind of felt like sleeping on an air mattress. The staff was fantastic and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was ok. Very clean and nice. I would stay again.

It was good for the price. We had no shower towels and hand towels and noticed after taking a shower. Took awhile to get towels. Front desk clerk was not the friendliest. Pool had 20 screaming kids in it that then proceeded to pile into the hot tub.

Proximity to the interstate was both good and bad. Very easy to get to the hotel. Our room was on the 'interstate' side and was fairly noisy with traffic noise. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom/shower.

It was a great stay.Very Beautiful building once you get inside. But our tamper pedic bed was broken, it didn't give the right numbers. or we didn't use it right way who knows. But over all it was a great idea to have the bar down by the pool. Gave us a good plan as for what we are doing next time as well. My room was very loud. Lots of noise from the hallway and upstairs - all through the night. Then the fire alarm went off in the hallway at 6:30am. The coffee maker was missing the basket, the tub hadn't been cleaned well and had mold on the caluk. This hotel was ideally located for me. I was only in the hotel to sleep so I can't really review the pool, staff or the restaurant. My room was nice though I did find a previously used coffee pod in the coffee maker...just a slight oversight. Past that it was quiet and the location was perfect for me. I will be staying here again in the future.

At first glance the room was beautiful but after I did an inspection it wasn't as beautiful as I thought. It was a few cracks in the walls. Some of the wall paper was peeling. The bathroom was filthy especially the toilet. It was hair all over the shower. The clock/radio was not working. The desk clerk put a $21 hold on my credit card that's currently […] there, its been a week since I stayed at the hotel. And they said it might take a few weeks before its removed.
