We had a classic room on the fourth floor, facing the back courtyard, quiet and comfortable. As we have been to Paris before and this was the end of our trip, we did not find it necessary to have one of the rooms which face the Tuileries gardens. The room was very large and bright, with two closets and shelves for clothing. The bath had a deep tub with […] hand-held shower, two sinks, and a separate room for the toilet. Staff was very nice and helpful.We had breakfast there each morning - the cost sounds high, but we would have spent the same amount somewhere else and this was an exceptionally compete buffet, with eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, juices, and breads. This hotel is much misrepresented on their website. The room cost was commensurate with a 4 star accommodation, but the room was on the first floor, was the size of a closet and had no view whatsoever. When I complained, I was told by the manager that the hotel was booked and nothing could be done. I had booked my room way in advance. It was perfect for what we needed, a place to lay our head at the end of a very long sightseeing day. It was neat, clean and comfortable. Close and convenient to several major sights. The Metro entrance was almost across the street. Very nice staff and helpful!

Wonderful hotel with a friendly and capable staff. The location is perfect for sightseeing and easily accessible to major attractions via walking, metro or hop on/hop off bus. Cafes, shopping, and even a small grocery store are all in very close proximity.

I absolutely loved the hotel, primarily because of its location. I didn't have to take the subway at all during my weekend in Paris and was able to walk everywhere. It's right across the street from the Jardin de Tulleries and the Louvre, on the same block as Angelina (famous for its hot chocolate), an easy walk to Saint Germain des Pres on the left […] bank, and all the shopping along Rue Honore/Opera! Located across street from Jardin des Tuileries (garden view rooms are street side which will have road noise, but not too bad...but if you are a light sleeper then might not want a garden side room). Hotel is close (200m) from metro. Easy walk to Louvre, little farther to Notre Dame, but nice walk will plenty of things to see. Head the other way down […] Champs Elyesee or toward the Opera House and top end shopping....so excellent location in central Paris. Hotel is clean, well maintained property. Staff friendly with at least one English speaking front desk help. Everything in room worked. Fresh paint but furniture was ordinary, not opulent or glitzy, carpet a little worn. Room size for a superior room was excellent; about 14 ft X 20 ft. The carpet was worn, but the ambiance and charm was very much there. The staff was very helpful and the location very good.

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Since we stayed in court-yard side, our room was very quiet. Hotel is located near hot shopping area and Opera Garnier. Since there in no separate concierge desk, it is not easy to obtain information from the reception desk staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brighton.

Fantastic experience at Hotel Brighton. Location was perfect--less than 5 minute walk to Louvre, Musee D'orsay, and multiple metro stops. Walking distance to Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, and great shopping locations. Hotel room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the Louvre and TulIeries Garden. This hotel is right across Rue de Rivoli from Tulliers Gardens and the Louvre. The bathroom was newly remodeled and included a walk-in, roomy shower and excellent ligting. Thought the hotel was lovely. Front desk was helpful and kind. Location and view were spectacular. Only Wish was that there were a less expensive breakfast option at the hotel. We did not use it due to price. Would definitely recommend.

My mother and I stayed in this hotel together and LOVED it. Our room was lovely, elegant, and *extremely* comfortable, clean and (by European standards) downright spacious. Although the hotel is on a busy street, the room was beautifully quiet. The location was ideal, with the Louvre only a five-minute walk away, the Opera Garnier ten minutes walk away, […] and other enticing spots (such as Notre Dame) within a longer but still manageable and pleasant walk. Staff was hit or miss. Mohamed was super nice and the two women were too. Others were downright rude or dismissive. Room was nice but not what I expected for the price. Paint was peeling under the sink and french doors in bathroom had rust at the bottom.

The Brighton Hotel couldn't be in a better location. Most sights were within walking distance and if they weren't there was a Metro station right across the street. The room had adequate space for two and was clean. The front desk was friendly and very helpful with all our needs. I would stay here again the next time I visit Paris!
