The hotel stay was great like always,but i was a little upset bc we ask for king bed me and my husband and we ended up with 2twin beds,but i know it probaly was a misunderstanding.All marriots are the best i use them from state to state.

In terms of service, hotel employees are great! but, location & decoration,facility - ex)fitness center, it nees to be improved!

We were very pleased with the staff and their friendliness. They were willing to assist us find local attractions. My only complaint would be that the pool area needed some basic maintenance and upgrades. Wonderful restaurants, shops etc. within walking distance

We wanted to get away to the city for just the night. This hotel is located near Greensboro's parks and arts districts. The room was sumptuous with a wonderful view of the baseball stadium. The lobby is much nicer than expected, full of marble and chandeliers. The restaurant was pretty good, although my wife did not like her meal as well as I liked mine. We wanted luxury and fun and got both; we would go again.

The hotel itself was o.k. I think they can update their electronics and rooms. Ammentities was great. Beautiful on the inside. Cost a little more than what it was worth.

While the rooms were nice, clean, and the beds were beyond comfortable, we felt as though we were entering a ghost town when we arrived. No one met us at the curb, door or desk when we first walked in. There was no one to help us with our luggage, and we had a bunch, and the desk clerk simply ran our card and handed us the packet. She didn't even smile, just stood there. We had to ask which room we were in and where the elevator was. However, room service staff was very nice and right on time the next morning and the bartender was super friendly. Overall I would say it is a good hotel but for the price you should get a bit more welcoming when you arrive.

For the price in the area, the amenities were non-existant. No mini-fridge, hair dryer, etc. and high speed internet was a charge. The room had someone else's hair stuck behind the faucets of the bathroom sink, and the lobby and elevators were dirty.

Another hotel in town was twice the price. I think staying at the Marriott was a great decision. The wedding party spent twice the amount and we were only three minutes away. I have been to many hotels over the years and I was pleasantly surprised.

Everything was neat and clean and the room was extremely comfortable. Much larger room and bathroom than any hotel I have stayed in before. Will stay there again.

Needs improvement with their cleaning staff to come at a more appropriate time instead of coming to clean the room early in the morning.
