Stayed Mon thru Thur nights on business. King-bed room was bigger than most in this (3-star) class of hotel. No cleanliness issues whatsoever, comfy bed, huge bathroom and powerful shower. Front desk personnel were helpful, pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. This Holiday Inn is right on target.

My stay at the hotel was great.. however the hotels pool was nasty and dirty.. after a hour in the pool my whole face broke out.. no life graud on duty and dirty.. Not Good Not Good at all

We just spent a quick night, but the room was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was the noisy A/C unit that never shut off when the temp got below the set point.

I only came in town for a 1 night stay, however, the front desk employees and the restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back. The only problem was that the bed sheets are to hard. A higher quality of sheet would have made the experience there that much better.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the concert venue. When it was time to leave, we asked for an address so that we could program it into the GPS. Not only did the helpful hotel staff provide the address, there was a ready-made directions sheet that she happily gave us. Here's the kicker - the sheet included directions BACK to the hotel. […] That kind of service is TOP notch! I appreciated how they went the extra mile. Oh yeah. . . I forgot my shower cap, so I went down to ask for two (I have a LOT of hair), and she happily and quickly provided them. I'm happy! We'll go back when we go to concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion next summer. Read more
