"Great Location with Sky Pool"
07/21/14 Scott S Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Stayed here a few times a few years ago. Hotel in a great location, just off of Sukhumvit Road. Great variety of breakfast buffet, large size rooms, the biggest selling point for me was though the sky pool on the top floor, great views over the city peaceful & quiet high above the city streets Only down side for me personally speaking were that there were a lot of Middle Eastern Families, also a lot of middle eastern restaurants/shops close at hand Close to the international renowned hospital Bumrungrad, which is why you will likely see a few returning customers patients staying here Over all a good hotel in a good location
"Centrally located, great staff, clean hotel."

Great stay at the Zenith, hotel is centrally located in the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit, however once in the Zenith you are in an oasis of peace and calm. Great staff, especially the cleaning maid. Were greatfully upgraded to Hemmingway room, nicely decorated comtemporary room withh all expected facilities. Lovely spa area and quiet pool on roof. Decent breakfast spread with halal options. One annoyance is the internet which you need to enter wifi password everytime you use. All in all a great choice at a good price point, would recommend the Zenith and stay again hopefully next time they will give us a suite upgrade!!! Khan. A
"Good location....terrible Hotel"

I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in this Hotel for the first time in 2006.....now again in 2014 and surely never again. The location is ok if you are on a budget and want to be in the heart of Sukhumvit or near to the Bumrungrad Hospital. The service is really unprofessional, the team speaks very poor English and is not very helpful. Everything you need takes ages and there is always a problem. The food is not good and the breakfast is a joke. Halal food is available since the majority of clients come from Gulf countries. The rooms are clean but the interiour has not been maintained or changed in 10 years. Its all a bit grotty, my TV did not work properly....so did my Room Telephone. One thing i have to point out is the gym and the spa which is actually really good. So overal if you want a nice Hotel in Sukhumvit and dont want to spend big money....check out all the new Boutique hotels around the corner.

After 10 years i dropped by at Zenith hotel and decided to have dinner there (at Oasis). When we arrived there was no one at the restaurant. While we were there a European couple dropped by but fortunately decided to leave. We ordered Dhal curry, keema, pomfret fish, grilled lamb chop. Dhal curry was the worst i have seen. Vegetables in the keema were completely uncooked. Pomfret fish was hopeless. Lamb chop was alright. We had to pay a whopping 2,300 Baht! The staff did not even bother to ask how was our food! In our 7 day stay in Bangkok it was the most expensive and most horrible dinner we had. My advice is, unless radical changes are brought, stay as far from this restaurant as possible.
"Close to Bumrungrad, Arab quarter and sky train"

I had to spend a few days for some medical stuff at Bumrungrad Hospital, and it is right around the corner. It is also right across the street from my favorite Arab restaurant, The Egypt, though the food was so good at the hotel, and there is a fantastic shwarma place a block away, so I never got to the Egypt! I left my watch at the poolside, and they had it for me the next morning in a lock box. The room was just right for the price. I had a nice view of the district, the skyline and the sky train. The pool is small but quite nice, with grand views. The only negative I can think of is that it is not handicapped accessible. Their clientele includes a lot of patients from the hospital, so it is a concern. I have a bad knee injury I was getting cared for, and the stairs entering the building are, well, a challenge.
"HALLAL HOTEL - BUT VERY GOOD"
04/02/14 Steve C Hoofddorp, The Netherlands
We spent one night here in Zenith which we truly enjoyed. The facilities are excellent and the simming pool a gem. We seemed to be the only non-Muslim guests, yet we were catered for in a first class manner by the staff - mostly Thai - and made to feel truly at home. Welook forward to a return stay.
"Second time at this hotel"

We love this hotel and we love this location, service is great , breakfast is lovely, even the coffee, what in Asia is sometimes not drinkable, they have a coffee machine to make your own. Brilliant!Lovely Pool on the roof with outlook onto Bangkok. The porters are very helpfull always told us what the charge would be to certain destinations which is a big help. Near to sky train . I will always stay in the Zenith Zukhunvit when visiting Bangkok.
"Convenient, helpful and friendly"
02/22/14 Griffith M Nakhon Pathom, Thailand
I Have passed this location hundreds of times and used to stay further up Soi 3 for visits to Bumrungrad. But Zenith is so much more convenient and has underground parking as I drive myself to Bangkok. This is my third or fourth visit now. I find all aspects of my stay more than acceptable. Facility is clean and convenient and staff are very helpful. I just have a few points to mention: 1) There is no plug at head of bed. There is a small lamp wired in and is not possible to connect anything else. Fortunately I travel with extension cord as I use CPAP breathing machine and like to charge electronic devices during the night. 2) At checkout I experienced a little surprise I never had at other hotels. I was being charged for a soda I know I did not use. It turned out that there was one bottle with seal slightly broken which neither myself or staff noticed until checkout. Most guests would just count the Mini Bar items before checkout without knowledge of seals. This is why many hotels are doing away with Mini Bars and just make items available at front desk 24/7. Much less hassle for guests and hotel staff. As others mention, hotel is very convenient to transportation and Bumrungrad. Also, with protests blocking streets and intersections, Hotel is only 2-3 blocks from expressway exit so no traffic obstruction in and outbound.
"Close to Bumrungrad hospital"
02/13/14 Carlos V Phoenix, Arizona
Great location for those visiting Bumrungrad hospital as its only a few hundred feet away. The hotel itself is a bit older but in good condition. My room was clean and the maids did a good job of cleaning up every day. My room came with a voucher for the breakfast buffet which was a good value. Its not a huge spread but a good way to start the day off. Decent salad selection, eggs made to order, a few types of bread and normally 10 items available (chicken, thai noodles, rice, etc). It is a short walk south to Sukhumvit Road and if you make a left the BTS Skytrain Nana Station is only another 2-3 minutes away. My only complaint was the internet service. Wifi is only available and you have to buy cards that are either 5 or 12 hours instead of being able to pre buy internet for your entire stay. The connection also cuts off after an hour or two so you have to reconnect by entering your password. This makes the connection useless if you want to download tv shows from Itunes which may take several hours so normally I would do this overnight while I'm asleep.
