1st the staff are very unprofessional. the hotels decor is extremely un inviting. the rooms were ok but who knows how often they are cleaned and how good of a job they do. the hotel is located on what is cqlled arab street with working "girls" lining up the street. we asked for a wake up call at 8am and were called at 8:30am and when we complained all we got was literaly the silent treatment. breakfast is disgusting with minimal choices.dont waste your time or money by booking here. there are many better hotels with similar prices available everywhere. simply put, very bad!!!!
"Very nice stay at Zenith"
I have been visiting regularly and every time it has been a pleasant experience. Location is very convenient for visiting Bumrungrad hospital as well as the rest of the town. The hotel has spacious rooms, and free wi fi access.Very nice approachable staff and clean and friendly atmosphere .
"My lovely visit to Thailand"
Great staff, awesome food, amazing pool with an incredible view, right in the center of lots of things to do. Thailand is one of my favorite places in the world. The hospitality of the people and its beauty tops any other destination. My experience at Zenith made it even more special. I highly recommend this hotel especially for those that are coming for medical reasons as the largest hospital is minutes away!

This was my 20th visit to Thailand and I had no choice but zenith in sukhumvit as it was the Chinese new year and the entire Bangkok was full of Chinese tourists so opted for the closest to soi3 or in sukhumvit I have always stayed or opted for the grace but zenith is better ,safe secure and better value for money this is the closest hotel to the bumrugrandi hospital and close to all the I dian Arabic restaurants rooms are good sky pool is amazing the best part is the hotel staff who do their extra bit to help their guests the staff at their reception is really helpful for me I felt the tariff was a bit high but considering the Chinese new year I guess it was normal prices in Bangkok for this price on a normal day I would get many other properties.one point I would like to make is the breakfast is really tiny no options and needs a reward completely the chef didn't understand scrambled egg and served me omelet on 2 occasions I avoided the breakfast on my last day as it Was extremely sad .well to sum it up a good hotel only if you wanna be close to or in soi3 or you with family only.if alone stag Bangkok has it all you know what I mean...............
"amazing sky pool the redeeming feature"

We were put in this hotel by our insurance company as it is near the Bumrungrad international hospital, for the price there are some much nicer hotels near by. The main problem was the shabby and dark rooms - stained carpets and knackered furniture. The Hotel is a Halal hotel and I think we were the only non arab guests. The TV is only Thai and Arab and wifi kicked you out all the time. The surrounding area is really seedy - it seems to be one of the sex trade areas and walking back from the sky train at night was pretty grim and intimidating. having said that: The staff were very friendly especially the door staff, the pool on the roof was amazing if only for the fact you are swimming looking out across the top of other sky scrapers! and nobody else was ever in it.
"Drawbacks of Bangkok Zenith Hotel. "

I've been in this hotel since 22/12/14 till another few months. The only good thing about it is that it is near to the Bumrungrad Hospital. TV is old and bad, no privacy in rooms as I'm always hearing others conversation and .... The WiFi is poor and require login always. Breakfast menus is the same in daily basis. Bad visitors policy which stopped me from inviting even friends. I've been in some other 4&5 stars hotels in Bangkok which don't stop any visitors or charge any thing. Even though I've been in the hotel for more than a month till now, I haven't received any special treatment. But I'm staying cuz of the hospital. Al Salmi
"customer service declining"

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many years twice a year and noticed on my last visit 2/11/14-13/11/14 that more cut backs have been made which effect the guests. As it is near the Bumrungrad hospital it attracts a considerable amount of of Arabic guests this last visit the american /english breakfast has more or less disappeared with a very poor reduced selection unless you like to eat salad for breakfast! the Halal breakfast is now taking centre stage . The Hemingway rooms I have used in the past have always had fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival a really nice touch that is now gone, all the room furniture and carpets are very dated and shabby The pool area is THE BEST FEATURE but again the pool side towels are very worn and stained and some have a really bad odour suggesting they had not been laundered between use by other guests, the beds and cushions are worn out and when they finally break up they are not replaced the number of chairs and loungers reduces every time we visit! the entire pool area requires an immediate upgrade it is very tired and worn out , the pool staff mostly slept on some occasions when they were not sleeping they used the pool without showering first, no attention was paid to guests, ashtrays were left un-emptied rubbish was never cleared and the area surrounding the pool never swept . The complimentary bathroom toiletries have also been cut back. What ruined my stay the most was an incident that happened involving a security guard knocking on my room door at 5:20 am and proclaiming we had a unauthorised visitor in the room he did not leave until he was shown around the room to prove our innocence. I was appalled and shook up by this incident ,I reported this to reception after breakfast the next day and heard nothing more about it till I asked to speak to the manager upon checkout after explaining what had happened we were offered a glass of water ! The manager asked me for my email address and advised he would contact me about this matter this has never happened we have never been given any enhancements for being loyal guests for over 7 years I am disgusted at the Zenith they need to up their game it is now turning into a seedy budget hotel but still charging high rates .
"Budget Hotel with some drawbacks"
11/25/14 YachtMaster84320 Toulouse, France
The hotel is located very central on the very busy Sukhumvi Soi 3. Nana Plaza is 300m away. The immediate surrounding is not very nice. There is a constant traffic jam on the six lane Soi 3. It's near the Bumrungrad International Hospital and the Arabic quarter of Bangkok, which explains the very percentage of Arabic guests. The biggest plus is certainly the Skypool on the 19th floor. However, like the rest of the hotel, it's in various stages of decay and has seen it's best days many years ago. The hotel has also a small gym, with a loud TV set to an Arabic station. There was a really bad smell in the aisle on my floor though not in the room itself. The carpet in the room didn't really look clean and I rather walked not around bare feet. The hotel charges THB 500 for additional guests, even if a double room is booked.

"Great Location with Sky Pool"

Stayed here a few times a few years ago. Hotel in a great location, just off of Sukhumvit Road. Great variety of breakfast buffet, large size rooms, the biggest selling point for me was though the sky pool on the top floor, great views over the city peaceful & quiet high above the city streets Only down side for me personally speaking were that there were a lot of Middle Eastern Families, also a lot of middle eastern restaurants/shops close at hand Close to the international renowned hospital Bumrungrad, which is why you will likely see a few returning customers patients staying here Over all a good hotel in a good location
