The Hotel is very dated and needs some renovations. Bathroom although clean had peeling wallpaper and gaps in caulking, toilet seats were worn. The room was very small, no fridge or microwave. The doubletree is somewhat famous for cookies, but they all have nuts. I was surprised they did not have any other option as my daughter has a terrible nut allergy. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, The front desk guy on nights was curt, but we were very late arriving and I think he had a lot of work to do that we were interrupting. We wish there was a free or reduced breakfast offered. Otherwise, we enjoyed the clean comfortable bed.

Desapointed ! The D/T Hotel I wanted gave the pined location of Martin Luther Blvd. & Quebec Ave Stapleton area Denver, Colo. Getting there at 9:30pm the Hotel Told us our reservation was of the other D/T near I-70. We had to repack the luggage drive to North I -70 location. I will not use Hotels .com again! Must have been a marketing Got Gotcha !

Not a good option for airport stay. Based on marketing materials I believed this to be an airport hotel. Although it has free shuttle it's approximately 25 to 30 minutes away from hotel. Not good for early flights. Shuttle only runs every half hour and stops at another hotel. Neighborhood fine and convenient to restaurants. Hotel air conditioning was suspect and room was about a tenth of a mile fr front desk. Ask for room closer to front. No breakfast available at time of first shuttle. Was sold a stale muffin from morning before

Hotel is next to railroad tracks and is pretty old. Hotel has been refurbished but carrying the DoubleTree name the rooms still disappointed. There is another DoubleTree just a mile south.

This hotel obviously needs renovation. The tub was backed up and none of the plugs worked properly and were loose. The front entrance of this hotel was dirty and and unkempt. Near railroad tracks, trains wake you up blaring their horns at least a couple times during the night. On the bright side, breakfast was great. The staff at the hotel and restaurant is attentive, polite and professional. I would not recommend this particular Doubletree and wouldn't stay there because of the location.

If train whistles help you sleep, this is the place for you! Lobby was nice and the staff was very pleasant. Room was old, especially the bathroom. The view out the room window was a giant electrical substation. Too close to train tracks.

Nice hotel. Not at close to the airport as expected, but it worked out ok. Staff was very nice and helpful to find open restaurants for us as it was late on Thanksgiving evening when we arrived. Beds comfortable and would stay again.

The location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes from the airport. It offers a free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient if you do not rent a car (an Enterprise Car rental is next door to the hotel). The room was clean. The only problem was with the bathtub drain, it is slow so when you finish taking your shower there plenty of water there still.

The location is convenient to the airport and downtown. The price was excellent considering the quality of the hotel. The entire first floor is under renovation, making it hard to get down that particular hallway. But everything else was great! Most impressive was the staff at this location. The girl who checked us in remembered us and our friends we were traveling with the next morning when she saw us at breakfast. The girl who served us breakfast remembered my friend's beverage preference the next morning when we were dining in the hotel again and brought it over without her having to order it. Great service.

The room that was assigned through a tour booking at the same hotel had a badly stained and dirty carpet. When this was brought to the attention of the hotel staff, they agreed and said it did not comply with their standards of cleanliness and immediately put us in another room with the size of bed requested on the order - previous room had two double beds and a king size had been requested. At the end of the tour we stayed at this hotel in the cleaner reassigned room using the hotel.com registration. All the problems were with a room at this hotel booked through the tour company. But expect the problem could occur with a hotels.com assigned room.The hotel did recognize the problem and did effect a correction and the rating is for the second room.

I asked for a room away from the train tracks. I read a Expedia review telling about them, and was grateful for the info. However, we were given a room overlooking the tracks. It was dark when we first looked out the window and we didn't know or we would have asked for a different room. The knowledge came during the night - not happy.

We finally got a room away from the ice & vending machines and the elevator. Then only did we get a quiet nights sleep. The elevator made a horrible noise. Staff was friendly, room comfortable and location is great. For the price we paid I was happy with this hotel.

My family and I were in Denver for a wedding and when I was looking to make reservations, I always look for good value along with good reviews. I was not disappointed at all and in fact felt that I was in a more expensive hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, there was never a moment of disappointment. The room was very clean, comfortable and updated. The beds were a dream as were the pillows. The employees are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend this to my family and friends if they are ever in the Denver area!

My granddaughter had a goodnight at this hotel. The service was good and breakfast was great. The room was updated and although the bathroom was tiny, it was cute and clean. There was some noise from trains but not unbearable. Very likely we will stay again when the pool outside reopens.

Great, for the location of the hotel I was very impressed with the service and how nice the hotel was. I had to extend my checkout time to 2:00 due to a delayed flight. They extended checkout with no extra charge. I also printed my boarding pass using their community printer, and had no problems with that. The price was also great! They don't charge for parking so if u take the shuttle to the airport you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked free of charge for up to a week, after a week it's $5.

Finally a hotel in Denver with solid walls between the rooms. The only time I heard guests in adjoining rooms was when they were being excessively rowdy. I was on the ground floor so could hear people if they were talking in the pool area near my window but other than that it was a very peaceful stay. The room was fine though the bed was a bit soft. Good shower, good wi-fi connection, decent food in the restaurant/room service. Excellent service.

Nice hotel. Near the airport so there is lots of in and out 24 hr/day. If that kind of activity bothers you, you would be happier away from the hotel. Good restaurants and shopping nearby and only 10 min from downtown Denver.

The hotel was tricky to find and get to. It is right off a complicated interstate merge. We missed the entrance to the hotel the first time we drove by it and it took us 20 minutes, in rush hour traffic to turn around and find the entry to the hotel. The hotel has a nice bar and bartender but skip the breakfast. The comforter on the bed is green and scratchy and there is a train that toots its horn at approximately 5:30 am.

When you see complimentary ear plugs it may be a bad sign. The trains (4) seemed close during the night and one would not lay off the horn. Getting to the hotel can be tricky. If you miss the turn it takes you a while to get back. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The bar/lounge was great and served large drink and good food.The airport (DEN) shuttle took 30 minutes. We selected this Double Tree location because of the adjacent car rental. It worked for us this time but I doubt we will do it again.

After a long day at the denver zoo it was a real treat to get to the doubletree hotel. The staff was so professional and friendly. It only took about 2 minutes to check in and have my room keys. And a delicious warm cookie to boot. Our room was fabulous. cool and inviting. it was like staying in a 5 star spa. our only regret was we didnt book our room for a longer stay. we will definately stay again and for a longer time. Thank you Doubletree for making our stay so enjoyable. A 5 rating isn't high enough.

The stay was fine, the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan and had black mold/mildew in corners of acoustic ceiling in bathroom. The hotel had tried to update and class the place up with granite, but the granite installation was terrible and needed about 1/2" caulking around the bathroom vanity which looked really cheesy. The installers also cracked the edges of the mirror, which also looked cheesy. Seems like they should have held the contractors responsible for an unacceptable job. The lobby and ball rooms were nice. The neighborhood was marginal. Shopping carts tipped over with trash along the sides of the roads. Panhandlers working the shopping center parking lots.
