The Hotel location was great. Close to Shopping and restaurants. The Hotel is located close to the interstate. The surrounding area is a little industrial but the price and stay is comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

GREAT HOTEL LOCATIONGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed overnight before leaving for home the next day. All amenities were in good shape. I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I requested the quieter room, but we were right by the elevator and kept hearing the noise (elevator/boiler?) all night.Genuine Expedia guest review
We drove for 14 hours and got to the hotel at 330am. 2 adults and 2 kids. We were not suppose to check in until 11am. All 4 of us sat around the lobby until about 5am, when the young man behind the desk told us he would allow us to check in 6 hrs early. After driving 14 hours it was a blessing. He was very helpful during our wait as well. He helped […] the kids log onto their Internet so they could use their IPAD. Great service, even gave the kids some extra cookies! "Great Hotel in a Sub-Par Area"
The hotel was clean and nice, the staff was great, and the rate was decent, but the area kept me from rating the hotel higher. It is located in a rough industrial area, so we had our doubts when we pulled in. Turned out to be a good experience, but it's too bad that the hotel suffers because of its location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I will definitely stay again"
Price great, staff friendly and very helpful. Would stay againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was great, and the people were helpful. It was difficult to get to because of construction.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It´s a great hotel, reasonable price for the good facilities that it offers. The room was comfortable and really clean!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overnight stay for a ballgame"
Beds were HARD! No options for a Queen so the Double Bed was too small. Bathroom was tiny, no place to hang up clothes while showering. (ie hook on back of door). Outdoors swimming pool was COLD! Pool was deep for kids to play in. 31/2 feet on one end wich immediately went to 41/2 feet down to 91/2 feet on the other end. Surely was meant for adults […] only. Pillows were all like feather pillows, they went flat immediately, so there was no support for your head. All 10 pillows were the same. Horrible nights sleep. Only plus for me was the free cookie on check in, wich is the only free meal you receive (no free breakfast). Wifi was slow to pop up for the login passwords, so much so it didn't seem like it was going to do it at all. I would not recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked single night stays separately both upon arrival and prior to leaving Denver during our vacation to Aspen. The hot cookies are a nice touch. The exercise facility is pretty good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No friges in room, No Fans in bathrooms"
Ground floor smells of cigareete smoke. Room service menu minimal options and poor qualityGenuine Expedia guest review
Everything was good but I could not sleep well all night because of the TRAIN. The hotel is to close to the train's railroad, all night the noise was unbearable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Had a great stay"
Loved my stay. It was a little to get around due to road construction, but that's not their fault. Everything I needed they made sure I had. Rooms were great, view left a little to be desired but it is Denver. I would defiantly stay here again, and they give you warm cookies!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hitlon Doubletree- Quebec Stapleton N"
we arrived late and had to leave early but enjoyed the stay, staff was excellent, food very good at breakfast buffet, there is a flat charge that was a bit high. Front desk clerks very helpful in printing us a map. There is another Hilton Dbletree further down on opposite side of Quebec - so beware. pay attention to addresses.. we ended up in the wrong […] one at first. There is construction and detour right outside hotel. pay attention to signs. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Avoid the Freeway Side If At All Possible"
Lots of noise 24 - 7 from the highway adjacent to the facility. My favorite is the eighteen wheelers using their air brake to slow to a stop right in front of the hotel all through the night. Construction is going on in the area, but when that's finished, I don't know if it will make much difference. This is a very busy place. It's near the airport […] and convenient for all types of business travelers. The hotel lives up to Doubletree standards: comfortable beds, clean rooms, modern conveniences, but stay on the back side of the building if you value your sleep, or bring ear plugs. "No room available upon arrival"
AFter a 4 hr flight delay, our company VP and I arrived to Doubletree at about 11:20pm. Tired, stressed and ready for bed, we arrived at our hotel that was paid and booked for through hotels.com. 2 rooms for 2 nights for 2 guests. I get checked in and told my room may not be ready yet due to carpet cleaning but they would check. Then my VP is told there […] is no room available for him. WAIT WHAT!? Thed only gold or silver members would havr a room. (Talk about segregation in the modern century.) No room was available for my boss, even though our rooms were paid for. The front desk offered to find us a room which DUH what else would we do?, they then put us into the Comfort Inn in downtown Denver. So we went from a $130 room to a $65 room. Wow. We were too shocked and tired to argue any further. The comfort inn staff was very kind and themselves surprised to see us so they were quick and helpful. The DT offered a free night but I probably won't return to this hotel. Construction area, iffy neighborhood and a rude, sarcastic bartender. No thanks. Spend money elsewhere. Not a Hilton that overbooked though. Hyatt has never given me this issue. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Just not what I expected..."
First off, the hotel sits of a freeway ramp and has only one way to get in and out. The parking lot is packed at all times too. We got our room and you can hear the elevator gears from the machine room every time someone uses the elevator. We asked to be moved; however, there is a machine room on both ends, so you cannot escape it. The hot water faucet […] was loose, so scalding hot water would come out of the shower despite having the cold on full blast. After some careful toying with the piece of junk, we were able to take a shower. The resturant was expensive--that's to be expected, but for the price they had the most horrible pizza we have ever eaten. The only good thing from the entire trip and stay at this hotel was the breakfast. The front desk gave me free breakfast voutchers for being military. The breakfast was great! Very friendly staff at breakfast. They are the only reason I would give this place a 2 star rating. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Stayed before and after flights in/out of Denver. Very quick stays but very pleased. Room was very comfy, cookies on arrival were delish, and shuttle transport to/from airport was very convenient.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for eating in the restaurant or ordering room service. Only downfall is that there's a train right outside of the hotel that goes through many times during the night and the horn is LOUD. Close to I-70 and downtown area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was very satisfied with all aspects of this Hotel. Al staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, comfortable and user friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a large variety of items. Dinner meal was very good also. Would definitely stay again !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Far far away in a land distant from EVERYTHING."
Booked 3 nights at DoubleTree Stapleton North for an event in Denver. The hotel prices are reasonable for the quality of the stay. Although the hotel may not seem too distant from downtown, it is HELLA FAR. So if you are traveling without a car, as I did, this may not be the best location. That is the only disadvantage with this hotel in my opinion. […] The front desk and other hotel employees were all very helpful and very nice during our entire stay. They were understanding of our needs and made us felt very welcomed. I felt like a cherish customer. This hotel was very nice and very comfortable. It was great to just hang out in my room while waiting for my flight the next day. There were several restaurants that delivered to the hotel and they had all the information at the front desk. The room was very clean. The girls at the front desk when I checked in seemed a little annoyed with life, but […] were still helpful and polite. Free wifi was great. "Too far from downtown."
We were very satisfied with our stay, the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The only downfalls, we were too far from downtown. AND there were TWO double trees on the same street. So first we went to the wrong one, and after we figured out which one exactly we were supposed to be at, we had to get through a bunch of construction, and take a […] few detours to get to the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel, or hotels.com should've let us know there was construction going on, and which roads to use, ect. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great once we got there! Headed to Children's Hptl"
We came in late and there was road construction. Our GPS and printed maps told us the wrong name of road to turn on so we ended up winding the highway in a big circle. It is tricky getting to the hotel, but once you are there it's great! Warm, fresh cookies at check-in!!! Lobby area was wonderful and the staff was really nice. Room was clean, smelled […] nice, and we liked the toiletries! Felt comfortable letting our son crawl on the floor and giving him a bath in their tub (not so in other places we've stayed). Comfy bed and good water pressure and nice towels. Breakfast buffet was decent, but will order from the menu next time. Limited speciality coffee drinks and they are a little pricey but tasted really good :-) About a 10 minute or less drive to Children's Hospital, Aurora main campus/Anshutz Medical center which was really handy!! "Great Hotel if you don't sleep"
Great hotel, near Bass Pro, trains go by every two hours and blow the air horn. No way to get a nights rest. Will not go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was fine but not the Doubletree location I'd expected. Needed to be across from UAL Training center. Staff very accommedating and got me where I needed to be next AM. Noise was a factor on the first floor level. Kids in hallway practicing roping until 11PM when I told them it was pretty late for noise. "Nice staff comfortable room"
It was a typical hotel room nothing spectacular. Staff was friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked this thinking it was the other Doubletree down the street. It was nice, as it is a newly acquired Red Lion going through renovation. We were put in a room right next to the fitness center which was noisy morning and night. They were laying carpet or something directly above is at 7 am so we woke up to banging and other noises. They had to […] shut off hot water the final morning of our stay so we had to get out early to grab our shower before that happened. All in all not the most pleasant stay. But the place is shaping up to be a nice hotel. Just wouldn't recommend it until its all finished. Its also hard to get into if you don't know exactly where the entrance is. Quite frustrating after a 13 hr drive from Dallas. The other is much easier to get to. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wrong hotel for my confidence, there are two."
Wrong hotel, my mistake, but even though the two hotels are owned by same prison, wouldn't change my reservation to the other doubletree, 2 miles away, on the same street. Clean, safe, friendly staff but train tracks right next to hotel and loud train horns all night long and at 5:30 am everyday.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Should be called industrial park doubletree"
There are two Doubletree hotels on Quebec St. in Denver. One really is in the Stapleton area. The other, about which I am writing, is north of the "good" one and is a former Red Lion Hotel. It is called the Stapleton North Doubletree but it really is not in the Stapleton area of small shops and restaurants. It is in an industrial park. The view from […] my room was an electrical substation, rail road tracks and really the most picturesque thing to look at was the Wal Mart parking lot. Tiny bathroom, hot and cold water not equalized-ran too hot or too cold. Spent five nights listening to the train whistle and rumble by. My mistake. Have stayed at the other Doubletree on Quebec and thought that was where I was booking. The rooms simply are not Doubletree standard and I do not how they ever will be. Walked a ways to my room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I took my husband to Denver for his birthday to shop and stay overnight (with out the kids!). We were worn out after the day shopping and eating at the 16th street mall and we were looking forward to watching a movie back at the hotel. We checked in, the front desk girls were so sweet, got some movie snacks, got comfy and began our search for a movie. […] There was no hotel menu on the tv, no movies to choose from or rent... When I called down to the front desk to inquire a man answered and was very curt with me. There was not an ounce of empathy or politeness in his voice. What hotel doesn't have a movie guide?! I would have been better off at my own house. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice staff but not sure I would stay again"
The staff was very nice but the hotel was going through a renovation. I did not know this when I booked the room or checked in. Bathroom was very small, very limited amount of tv stations, chair and footstool had stains and looked like they had seen better days. It wasn't until the night before I left that I opened the drapes all the way and saw what […] looked like mildew (I hope it wasn't mold!) on the wall under the window on the wallpaper. The one huge plus that this hotel offered was a USB charging station next to the bed. For my next visit I may have to try the other Doubletree down the street.
