Worst hotel in awhile. All the towels where stained. The sheets were stained. Rooms and whole hotel smelled like smoke. Just a filthy experience all around, I wish I could upload the pictures I took off this filthy place. Stay away from here!!!

I was highly disatisfied with this hotel! We checked in at 8:30 pm after a very long conference and was looking forward to relaxing, however this Hotel has a night club named Benny's in it and they play their music sooo loud that no one on the first floor could possibly sleep. They played music so loud until almost 3:00 am that not even leaving the […] TV on could drown out the music and thumping walls of the room. There is also not many restaurants close by for a late night bite and I would not recommend the restaurant because of the club... you cannot talk to anyone you are with. Shower was also backed up! We waited for over a half hour for the desk attendant to help the (1) customer ahead of us, then the attendant filed papers while we waited, then we were given a room that was not cleaned, and the second room we were given had an awful smell and a non functioning heater. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but the hotel overall was just a little outdated. The hotel should also spread out the smoking sections a little better, you could still smell smoke as soon as you walked into the hallway even though we were in a non-smoking wing; better yet, get rid of the smoking rooms altogether.

It was a wonderful hotel. The ice was outside and so was the snow and we were all warm and cozy in our room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Had a great experience and would certainly return anytime.

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel had a stale odor to it --especially the hallways. The room was better. We were first given a key to a room on the 2nd floor, hauled all our stuff up there, and there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door and the key didn't work--glad it didn't since there was probably someone in there. Went back to the desk and […] were given a key to a room on the first floor. Didn't like the fact that there was access to the parking lot from room. Make me nervous. At 2:30 AM there was a huge altercation in the parking lot with screaming, cursing and things being thrown and doors slammed. Woke all of us up. I was worried that soon there would be gunfire--of course this wasn't the hotels fault, but definately impacted my stay. Don't think I'll stay there again. Read more

The beds at this hotel are super comfy. It's quiet and we slept really well. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The wifi worked thought the hotel. The breakfast was way above and beyond our expectations for a typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were clean and roomy. This hotel is very nice and would stay here again.

The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are very spacious and they offer great service. They have a 5-mile policy, where they give you a ride or pick you up from any destination within 5 miles of the hotel. Overall, the Ramada Inn on Pecos St. was an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. This motel is rather old, it's obvious it's 70s or 80s, but it was really clean. I stayed for 3 nights for work. The location is FAR from anything close, so I am not sure I would recommend it for someone visiting, but the price was right and I was satisfied. I like the hotel, however the service was not the best. The main Lobby is loud because of a night club they have it there. There were too many drunk girls and a loud music that it made it diffcult to speak with the receptionist. The toilet in the room was not working.
