Only problem with hotel was we were directly underneath a room that was under construction. From 7:30 am and all day they were pounding on floors and hammer drilling both days we were there. The hotel staff was not interested in this problem as it was booked thru Expeidia. My belief is the hotel made these rooms available for reservations and is therefore […] responsible to all patrons for a quality stay. The hotel made the room’ available and provided maid service etc but acted like I was staying at a different hotel when it came to this problem. Bottom line, I’m not done with this as a Hilton Honors member and they will be hearing much more from me. This is an unacceptable business practice. Read more

This hotel was ok. I stayed in a room overlooking the pool. The pool seemed nice but it was too cloudy so I didn't use it. The bed looked promising but it was kind of hard and uncomfortable. They had a ton of pillows with varying fill levels but I couldn't find one that I found comfortable. I'm not a fan of down. I have latex pillows so I'm just not […] used to clumpy down. The tub was peeling a little on the bottom. I thought there were hairs in it at first but it was small cuts at the bottom. Not sure why they couldn't spray it with whatever to fix that. My husband was in the restroom when he saw a large,dark, round bug crawl across the sink. By the time he turned to get toilet paper to kill it, it was gone. Very convenient location, close to shopping, food and short driving distance to other attractions. Very helpful hotel staff, welcomed us with the fresh cookies and bottled water and respected our request to change to king size bed. Free parking and WiFi was definitely a Plus!

This is hard for a Marriott to say, but I was very impressed by the standard of the Double Tree by Hilton. There I have said it! The room was adequate the bed was sumptuous as were the cookies. I had to laugh when we were given the executive suite. It was as close to o e star as you can get. Don't waste your money here. The rooms are small, the bathrooms dinky, and you can hear every noise.

My stay was 5 days and the ice machine remained out of order. Family and friends (maybe 10 total) wanted to try your famous cookies. They arrived over the 5 day period but front desk staff seemed annoyed by the request for a cookie; initially my coffee maker did not work but immediately another was delivered albeit dusty - it had not been cleaned prior […] to delivery; MOST importantly over 60% of the service buttons on the phone did not work- so the calls went no where. At a great rate, got a very clean room with large lounge chair and table with chairs. Bed they use a duvet inside two sheets instead of a comforter which always makes me feel better about the cleanliness of bed clothes. Bathroom was nicely tiled with great water pressure, only moderate in size.
