Beds were tiny!! Garage was expensive & could barely park a mid-size car!!! Paid way too much for the hotel & definitely not worth it!

THE PARKING IS EXPENSIVE, SO WE LET THE CAR OUTSIDE. IS A GOOD OPTION IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE COAST, AND THE AIRPORT IS LOCATED CLOSE TO THE HOTEL, SOME FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS, GAS STATION, ETC. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, SILENT AND COMFORTABLE.

This property is in need of an upgrade. In today's device driven world electrical outlets are a must. Many hotels have lamps with outlets in them. This one had outlets that were all taken. The WiFi was really bad couldn't get it to work.

The room was very noisy!!! Air Conditioner very loud, our room was next to elevators and that is all we heard all night. Definately not worth the money. Would not return. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in.

For an airport hotel, it was fine. Not great in the common areas, but room was great once inside. Breakfast was ok - can't expect much more for the price I guess. Definitely beats a plastic wrapped danish. We got a baby crib delivered promptly and was nice. Would stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is correct according to the price. The only negative point is that on arrival they informed that they would charge an additional $ 20 for twin beds. In fact they didn' t charge it. This is an unpleasant way to receive tired customers and hotel should abolish that practice. Never seen a hotel doing that.

Coffee cup circle stains on bathroom floor and counter. Did not make me feel good about clean bathroom. Stains on carpet in room. Old lumpy mattress. To print boarding passes cost me $6 in business center and the printer printed faded gray vs black. Hotel needed to paint and freshen up. All things are correctable but felt rundown.

The only thing I would say about this hotel is the front desk could use some work. They don't really care if you stay with them or not. I was not told they would hold $100 on my acct for this room when I got there not before. Also the $15 a day charge for parking. Which ended up costing me $115, money I was not expecting to pay. The hotel is conveniently located, just off the 405 freeway. There is a McDonald's just right outside the hotel. The room is large and clean, and the bed quite comfortable. The only complaint is the bathtub, which had part of the glazed peeled off. Otherwise a pleasant stay overall.

For an airport hotel, it is fine. The only low score I gave was to the neighborhood, which is to be expected since neighborhoods around airports tend not to be the most pleasant. We had to catch an early flight the next morning and used their shuttle service, which was convenient.

The hotel is literally down the street from the Airport. It's one of several chains of hotels that are lined up next to LAX. The lobby looked great--clean and new. The elevators are fast! When I checked in at midnight the lock between my room and the adjacent room did not lock. Not only did the staff not believe.me, they acted like I should not be concerned and were surprised that I (a lone female) preferred to change rooms. My replacement room was dingy and dirty. If you're looking for a hotel for a layover, this is it. It isn't a bad hotel, like any other. Front desk can be busy due to the proximity of LAX and with all the layovers. I tried calling their concierge, no one answered. Tried getting more soap and towels, some days didn't get any. Other than that, there really isn't much to this hotel. This place is NOT a 3 star hotel. Security is aweful. Transients came into the pool area by jumping the fence! When I told the front desk about it nothing was done. Though the room appeared clean, it had a musty smell and we found trash under the bed. Did I mention there is no bell service!

Our stay was spoilt by the management's lack of attention to important details: There were no bath towels in the bathroom. The control handle of the shower was broken. The toilet was very difficult to flush. The TV remote control did not work remotely, only a foot away from the TV. Apparently it needed new batteries.

The check-in clerk told me that he will validate parking for me since the check in was after 11pm; however, I still had to pay $15 for few hours of parking. The bed was not as clean as I would have liked it (someone's elses hair was on the sheets).

Room was generally clean and good, but we had bathtub plastic flaking and hot water got off periodically. Other interiors obviously required a touch here and there. Expedia itinerary doesn't include parking so that was unexpected extra cost. Overall experience was 'OK' but is a bit worse then previous experiences with other Holiday Inns.

The room door was not closed when I arrived. A bit unnerving, but my 22-yr-old son was with me to drop me off, so we checked the room together (for people and for damage). There was garbage behind the nightstand. There was also no soap in the bathroom. I could have called housekeeping at night when I realized it, but had already changed into my pajamas, […] and also do not like to publicize that I am a female alone in a room. So I showered the next morning with shampoo and a washcloth. The room was a bit noisy, but not bad for a hotel right by the airport. I had to try calling 3 times each to schedule a wake-up call and to get the code for internet access (was transferred to voicemail).
