We arrived to the hotel being under remodeling. We had booked through Expedia. It should have been noted by the Hotel (to Expedia) that the hotel was in remodeling. Had we known, we would not have stayed here. By the time we arrived, there was no option but to stay or lose 100% - no way out... Disappointing

All told there was nothing I could find fault with. The room was clean and comfortable and .]had a coffee pot although I chose not to use it. There was continental breakfast which was complementary. I would certainly stay here again and recomend it to others.

We had very few problems. The most annoying was that the lights between the beds didn't work (we tried everything). I realize we could have asked for help or another room, but we had a long trip and were too exhausted at that point in time. There was some peeling paint on the ceiling. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9 AM. We got there at 8:30 AM. […] There was no coffee, no eggs, and an employee was making his own waffle, causing us to have to wait even longer. They did make us some coffee, which took an additional 10 minutes. Other than that, the rest of the problems were caused by rude guests. Starting at 5 AM, several people began slamming their doors hard enough to make us jump in our beds. This went on for about 20 mins. (I guess at age 59, I should be used to rude, inconsiderate people everywhere I go, but I remain ever hopeful that people will begin to care about someone other than themselves.) Read more

Nice place, especially considering the cost compared to others in the area. The staff was very nice, from check-in to housekeeping. Breakfast was stocked well, with the check-in receptionist making sure everything was always available. Great location, easy to get to 675 or 70 and with the mall right up the street, plenty of places to eat. The only issue […] I had was with the bathroom. The tub had stains on it and I didn't have hot water in the shower the entire three days I was there. But the hot water worked in the sink. The hotel is well located near a major mall and two major Freeways for easy access to all parts of Dayton. There were plenty of restaurants of all kinds very close to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Inn and would definitely stay anytime we return to Dayton.

This was a very nice hotel for the price I paid. The room was clean and the sheets on the bed smelled like bleach so you could tell that they had recently been washed. Bathroom was clean. The curtain hung over the window kept all light out so even in the morning it still looked like night time in our room. The outside entrance to the hotel had no security. The door was unlocked. Our sheets weren't changed, the clock radio didn't work, and the tv was very outdated. The breakfast wasn't anything great, and the front desk people were not friendly.

I can't believe that this hotel only has a 2 rating. I found nothing wrong during my stay. The room was as clean and nice as any i've stayed in. The hot breakfast was better than i've had in most hotels. I would have enjoyed a indoor hot tub, but I have no complaints from this stay. I will stay there again on my next visit.

We usually stay in 3 star and above hotels, because our experience with 2 and 2.5 star places has frequently been disappointing and even awful. However, this hotel has well designed rooms, clean comfortable beds with nice sheets and the FREE breakfast included the next morning was outstanding. Best of all was the price. On a peak travel holiday weekend, […] our rooms here were still a bargain and nearly half what we normally pay. There were a few noticeable differences that keep this hotel at 2 stars like minor damage in the shower and around the room that would normally have been fixed in a better hotel. The room was clean in the most important places like bathroom, beds and visible areas, but with close inspection under beds and in dark corners, cleaning was not pristine. The heating/cooling unit was old and noisy, but not too horrible. TVs were older and had limited channels. However, the best value for us with three teenagers to fill up was the FREE BREAKFAST. They offered a good variety of self serve hot and cold options, including good quality fruit and the best biscuits and gravy I have had in ages. All items were restocked promptly and the food and dining areas were kept very clean. Even our 6ft tall 13-year-old human food vacuum basketball player boy was satisfied. Just stayed for one nite. The hotel was not well marked and I thought I may have made a mistake in booking this hotel. But I was all wrong.
