Most everything about this hotel made my husband's and my stay a pleasure. The bed is a comfortable dream and the bathroom spacious. The funky boutique accents are also cool rather than overdone. My experience with Hotel Indigo on June 26, thru June 30. The room was very different for me. Very tropical my family adapted very quick to the enviroment. There was a tooth brush left in the shower and it caused us to be very causes about everthying associated with the room. There were not enough towels on our arrival. The hotel is just of Kendall next to the Palmetto Expressway. It's not noisy, but it's not the most picturesque part of town. The hotel and rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. It feels like a budget "W" hotel in terms of styling. The location is very convenient if you need to be in the Dadeland area. We chose the Hotel Indigo. We were hesitant because we had the experience at the Indigo in St. Petersburg (FL), which had also selected TWICE because of the location. After that second visit in St. Pete, we decided "never again!" And having now been to this Indigo in Miami, we can say that it's (probably) now "never again at any Indigo". Until you start really noticing, that the fixtures in the bathroom are not exactly new; that the maid service is indifferent (one midday, our maid cleqned the room and left us with only one hand towel.) The hotel is great in all respects except that the walls are paper thin..... We could hear the TV in the room on one side of us and people talking in the room on the other side of us. Noisy neighbors = bad nights sleep.

Hotel staff and management very helpful at all times, hotel across the street from Dadeland Mall very convinient, also a small mall in front of the hotel with TJ Max and places to eat. we had breakfast each day at the hotel very good and reasonable. would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is noisy in general, be it the cars that go into the freeway (right behind the hotel) or the cars on the street in front (ice machine doesn't help either). Stayed one night whilst in business in Miami. Location is fairly busy but easy to find and has plenty of on site parking. Nicely re-furbished building with contemporary decor and bright, cheerful furnishings. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe bar is small but offers a good range of drinks, snacks and […] meals. Breakfast was good and is worth including in your rate for the extra $5. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. My room had a sofa, leather swivel chair, workstation with ethernet, plenty of power outlets and a flat screen TV.
