I stay here for convenience and service. However, I am not die hard for any one chain...so I will bail the minute I feel unappreciated.i have always liked their service, but they want to get even better! They are implementing a new service initiative, which is working...even housekeeping greeted me and thanked me for staying!

It was awesome,as usual. Every time we are in the area we stay at the same hotel because it has everything we require in a great hotel: clean, comfy beds and pillows, great service, swimming pool for the kids, a restaurant, a great view of the mountains, and even a little convenience store in the lobby for late night snacks!

I have stayed at this hotel before, but will not stay again. I did not know that it was pet friendly until this trip. There were several dogs in the hotel. Unfortunately, someone in a room near mine brought their dog, then left it in the room while they went and did other things. The dog yapped the whole time the owners were gone. We stayed at the uptown Sheraton a few weeks back. We stayed at the Sheraton by the airport this last time, both times on club level. The rooms were a little nicer at the airport location, as was the lobby and pool. Not a bad place to stay at all, but the airport location was a little nicer.

The house keeping was generally poor. We could tell the room was not vacumed for several days. We stayed 6 nights. We requested extra coffee daily and had to ask several times to get it. Wont stay again.

Sheraton was a few dollars less than the surrounding competition but was pleasantly surprised at the friendly polite staff and how clean and nicely decorated the room was. Will stay with Sheraton again. Recommended.

I don't care how small the room is or how few amenities may be offered on the property, the room had better be clean at minimum. Our room appeared clean at first glance, but a closer look revealed many stains on the carpet and bedding, a thick layer of dust on the furniture and behind the dresser (had to move the coffee maker from the bathroom to the […] dresser and plug it in to the wall outlet), and also writing on the bathroom mirrors when they fogged during showertime. In addition, the furniture (bed and seating) was uncomfortable. We were just plain not comfortable in our room. We were in town for a military graduation and were less than pleased. Very nice. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. I've stayed here before and will probably stay here again. My only wish would be for them to provide wi-fi in the rooms at a decent price instead of the exorbitant price they charge for one night's worth.

Stayed on the Club a few rooms a way from the reception room. Would ask for a room on the other end of the hall way next time. It was a little noises that morning.

There was a lot of noise heard in the room due to the close proximity to the elevators and the traffic generated by them. The HVAC system was loud and only had one fan speed. Thermostat was unresponsive to adjustments. The noisy fan did however drown out the elevator traffic noise.

I found the staff was not very friendly. The ventilation system was so noisy, I had to turn it off, making the room very hot and stuffy. I will not stay at this location again, or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is slightly worn, but nice. It's got all the features of a first-class hotel, and the service was excellent. The restaurant hours and dining options, however, were very strange and limited. We were impressed from the beginning, especially since we arrived after a 7 hour drive from Phoenix. The hotel was easy to access from the highway, the check-in was quick, efficient and polite and the beautiful room a welcome sight after a long day on the road. Tastefully decorated with a really contemporary feel, the King deluxe room was spacious and […] comfortable, with living zones that made us feel more at home than in a hotel--great sitting area, large desk space and a modern bathroom. The same was true of the lobby and bar. We arrived too late to have dinner in the restaurant, but we were told we could get the same menu at the bar area which actually had a better feel than the restaurant which was quite plain. The fitness center did not disappoint either--much bigger and nicer equipment than at other comparable hotels we've stayed at. The only letdown was that our room was not cleaned the next day. True, we had opted not to have the linens changed (which is always our practice) but to arrive back after touring the city on Saturday with the garbage cans still full was a bit of a disappointment. Not sure if this was an oversight or par for the course if you decide to hang the "No linen change" sign on your door. Despite this minor misstep, everything else was top notch during our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. Read more

Everything was very good except access to free internet. In this day and age free internet in the room is a basic. We assumed this was present and were very disappointed that we were expected to pay for it. We will never stay in your hotel again because of this. You need to get with the times!

Just a few problems in an otherwise nice stay. One day our room wasn't cleaned at all and had to call and eventually go down and ask to have the room cleaned well past 5pm, It may have been related to the morning incident in which two female employees/housekeepers where outside my door in the hall yelling at each other about a room being cleaned..and […] I mean YELLING. It was very unsettling as I have a child and it kind of scared him to wake up to the verbal confrontation in the hall. By the time I opened the door to ask them to stop yelling, there were in the "associates" room and it ended. Anyways, our room wasn't cleaned that day until I went and requested to have it cleaned. Also, seemed to be a towel shortage, with 3 people in our room they kept only giving us 2 towels. Upon request I was told once there were no clean towels and then the housekeeper gave me a towel from another, presumably empty room. Read more
