This hotel was very pretty on the outside. But when we arrived inside there were roaches all over the place. We changed rooms three times to solve the problem, but each room had the same problem.

first 2 rooms were dirty, in ome the hot water could not be shut off and the walls were wet and hot as a sauna in there. the sedond 2 rooms, next ones up one stunk very bad and in mione both beds were broken, door would not lock and when it did lock i could not get it open had to call front dest who stated she would call maintenance, i finally got it open after about 10 minutes. plenty of young 18 25 year olds obviously not stating in the hotel use the hallways to party all hours and security does not come in until 11 so you are told to wait until then but at 0100 still nothing and called front dest 2 times on noise.

Pool was closed, has a club in the lobby that is very loud at night.

This hotel was clean and had everything you need in the room. I wasn't expecting all of the extras for the price we paid. There were some maintainence issues but nothing major. I wasn't happy about the room keys not working after 9:00 AM. I would stay here again.

this hotel was filthy...bathtub had rust, mold and water couldn't be shut off...halfway through the night the border paper fell off...front desk stay didn't seem too concerned.
