The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The hot water took forever to get hot in the sink.

The hotel staff were very friendly but the accomodations need an update. We were in a non-smoking room but there was a strong odor of air freshener or something that made the room musty. We were also, unfortunately on the side that faced the highway and since our room was a driveup, we heard highway noise all night. The pillows were flimsy so bring your own if you can. The two best parts of the hotel stay were great water pressure and the complimentary full breakfast buffet. I do think this hotel may be in the process of renovating but you might want to call ahead and check or request that your room be away from the traffic side.

The hotel was not easily accessible. Now maybe if you were driving to the area then you wouldn't have any problems. But if you are flying into Raleigh/Durham or Greensboro you better rent a car because this hotel is about 45-60 minutes away. Besides the location, the service of the hotel was ok. The only problem is that this hotel has no elevator, which is not easy if you are a senior citizen and they have limited rooms with handicap accessible bathroom.

when you travel 10 hours with 4 kids you want to relax and basically stay in one spot for a little bit. the 2 nights we stayed the hotel bar was closed. they also advertise a restaurant and it is not even open for dinner. the breakfast was not bad but they recycle the food for the next day. the eggs were green and the sausage was dried up and hard. the other main concern was that we had an "inside entrance" that you had to use your room key for and the lock on the door was broken so it did not even shut. not very good security there. overall, not a great place to stay but the pool was a nice relief and it was clean.

While conviently located this hotel was in a noisy area. The staff was great, but the hotel is aging and shows it. Our linens were either dirty, or stained - either is gross. This hotel served out purpose, but if I was in the area again, I'd look elsewhere.

Terrible hotel. If you are looking for the cheapest possible hotel where you will have an air conditioner beating on you all night, little children running in the halls until midnight and unsavory looking characters drinking beers all night outside of their room. This is the hotel for you! Worst night sleep I have received since spring break with college friends. We left at 2:30am since we couldn't sleep anyway.

The bathroom tub faucet(shower head)"leaked" onto the hot and cold tub faucet, which in turn went from the wall to the floor with every shower. We had to push the entry door to our room to get it to shut because the carpet was bunched under the door. The television reception was "snowy" and in my opinion, if the rooms had microwaves and small fridges the three day stay I had as a parent with young children would have been a comfort.

We recently stayed at Ramanda Burlington overnight & were very impressed with the quality of the amenities available - internet access in the lobby, cable TV, coffee maker, iron, & hair dryer in room, my favorite - adjustable pressure with massaging pressure option on the shower head, and my husband's favorite - the great-tasting, free, hot breakfast in the hotel's restaurant!

It seemed like this may be the only hotel around if you're visiting Elon College. The hotel was a bit run down and the beds were'nt very comfortable. The bottom sheets wouldn't stay on the bed because they were too small. But the breakfast was fine and location worked for us.

The hotel needs improvement in cleanliness of the rooms. There were used tissues on the floor by the bed that were there when we arrived in the room and did not get picked up by housekeeping until our third day. There was hair on the shower wall when we arrived in the room. The sink counter was coming off the wall tipping the sink forward and looking unsafe. The light above the sink did not work when we arrived. I realize it is a 2 star hotel, but even at 2 stars I expect the room to be clean, in working order and in tact.
