Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel

The room was clean, easy check in and I dont know why but the parking gates were open my whole stay and didnt have to pay for parking including my friends that came to visit. All the eminities were in the room. One of the best stays I have had.

Greeted by very friendly, accomodating people. Stay was very nice and the hotel was in great shape and the rooms were very large for the price. Also had a shuttle to and from the airport for convenience.

The extra $10 for WIfi in the room seems absurd with so many hotels offering it free. There is free wifi in the lobby, but who wants to go to the lobby to go online? Smartphones allowed us to check email without wifi. The food in the restaurant was fine and the service was great.

Hotel was very nice. We loved the extremely comfortable bed and very spacious rooms. We were not happy about the hourly charge to park our car in the parking lot. It was a real treat to stay in such a nice hotel with a very reasonable rate. We flew out of O'hare the next morning and were able to leave our vehicle for no extra charge while we were gone. They also had the hotel nicely decorated for the holidays.

Front desk service was wonderful, SO friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was delicious. Shuttle to the airport made traveling back and forth from the city by train convenient and easy.

All the staff were so wonderful & nice. The front desk staff were so helpful & were very quick. Our bartender/ waiter was extremely nice- despite being so busy. We will absolutely stay at this hotel when we fly out of Chicago again. We wish the internet was free in our room & wish the buffet breakfast wasn't so expensive.

Great experience. Courteous staff, great spacious rooms, fitness room had plenty of equipment. Prompt shuttle service to/from O'Hare. We had a delay in flight and needed to spend the night in Chicago. Very close location to O'Hare, they provided a shuttle. Hotel was very comfortable and the price for a suite was very affordable. Room was spacious, updated and very clean. Front desk was also very accomodating, would definetely stay again.

Very nice Hotel. Nice beds, very clean rooms. Close to the airport. We had requested the airport shuttle at 8 :30 am and it was available at that time. Since the hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle runs pretty smoothly without any delays.Would definitely recommend this hotel

We wanted to see Chicago. We returned our rental car & took the train. The hotel staff stored our luggage and when we got to the air port they met us with our luggage, which gave us more time to see the sites! The staff was great and the service outstanding. We would stay there again in a hart beat.
