We had a very good stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, was very clean and attractive. The only down side, our room was beside the elevator shaft and we could hear the elevator go up and down all night long. We were very pleased that the hotel had a large parking lot so we had no problem parking our car, and it was a very short walk to the hotel front door.

We had a little trouble finding which turn in to take for parking and had to call but they staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay. Their billing system needs work. We booked through an aggregator and a room charge appeared on our bill. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Would have appreciated bathrobes in the room.

I'm here until this Friday. The room itself is nice, looks like it was recently renovated, but that's where my "good ratings" end. It's out of the way - nothing within walking distance for food, and since they are currently renovating the bar and restaraunt are downstairs in the conference rooms. Service is at best, fair. Good luck getting a cab - line up your own transportation options, because Atlanta cab companies don't seem to operate in the area, and bring your own WiFi card or do your work in the lobby. They charge for WiFi in the guest rooms AND their "business center" was a group of three computers that had no Internet access.

We enjoyed our quick escape from normal life. The staff was friendly and courtesy. The room view was amazing! The elongated windows gave us an open sky feel. The room was kinda small but I think it made it feel a little cozier. I'm a foodie so that fact that they had late hours for food/ room service made my day. It was extremely close to the mall, additional shops, eateries, and highways. The only downfall was the renovations being made so we had to park and carry our bags from the car. But overall it was a great stay and I would not only recommend but I'd visit again!!!

Love the look and cleanliness of the recently renovated rooms, the staff is welcoming and helpful, there is ample free parking which is well lit at night plus has security patroling, and the location is an easy drive to downtown and other sights. HIghly recommend!

The hotel was very nice but the bedcovers were full of mold in the comforter as well as the undercover for the comforter. We were put next to a suite with a large number of loud and obnoxious people. Fortunately we were allowed to move to a new room.

Decent looking hotel but rooms are as dirty as a red roof inn!! They sprayed some sort of febreeze to cover up the funk. Convenient location. Close to food and shopping. Also there is nothing different about a "delux" king room.

We stayed for one night, attended a concert at Chastain Amphitheater. Got a great price, $119. Construction at the entrance, but once inside it was very nice. Concierge very helpful, arranged a taxi to take us to the concert, 3.5 miles.

The young women in the room next door were having some sort of party. They laughed and talked and carried on until after 130am. You could hear everything they were saying. The walls of this hotel are paper thin. If you want to sleep I would not stay here.

We stayed over 4th of July weekend. There was at least two family reunions and a wedding so it was very crowded. the pool is too small for that number of people. The gym was closed due to remodeling.Coffee machines are offered in the room but coffee offered in the lobby would be alot nicer.

Did not have two beds available, which we had reserved. Also it took 30 minutes and multiple trips to the front desk to get a rollout bed to our room. Also, we paid for breakfast for our family with our hotel reservation but then were informed that we had only paid for one. The hotel did not make us pay again for the breakfast but we still were treated like we were getting complimentary services when we had already paid for them.

The hotel was nice considering the construction taking place. It was an eyesore when we arrived & there was a nice pair of Victoria Secret panties on the ground of walkway for 2 days but we overlooked that, understanding that (1) under construction (2) people drop things. Reason for booking at this hotel was for the pool (entertainment for 2 small children until it was time to attend our scheduled events), it wasn't exactly clean, it was closed when we arrived (no problem, we couldn't go anyway) & the day of opening you would think it would be nice & clean, it wasn't. But the kids didn't mind. The pool guy was top notch though. Room was clean "enough" defiantly could have been cleaner for a Westin. Toilet seemed to be stained & floor wasn't exactly vacuumed great. Also things we overlooked. None of this would keep us from staying again if we visit the area.

I stayed Memorial day weekend for my friend's wedding. They had told the couple all the construction would be completed before their big day. Big day/weekend came- construction was still going on. Guests were told at the front desk to please excuse their appearance, rooms were already renovated but that we might "hear noises, don't be alarmed". The night wasn't bad, but starting about 7am, you could hear the construction going on outside. Definitely killed the overall experience for many of us staying at the hotel. Service was nice, the rooms look great and were very comfortable... but I suggest waiting until construction is completed to stay there... or to hold a huge wedding!!

The hotel is in the back of a business complex and signage is not readily apparent. The daytime staff was excellent, including valet, front desk and room service. Polite, fast, friendly and courteous. The night staff was another story. Valet could not be found. The front desk clerk was extremely rude. Additionally, the housekeeper knocked on every door near our room, including ours, at 7:50am. We had specifically asked for a room away from the construction/renovation jack-hammering work so we could sleep in, but the housekeeping staff gave us a wake-up knock anyway. I like Westin hotels, but I would avoid this one.

Overal stay was nice; breakfast is delicious!!! And the location is close/far enough to everything. Because of the rennovations the hotel was in disarray but the staff made sure to accomodate when they could. I had a great time minus a few noises in the morning. A few occurances that would make me think twice would be that one of the sinks were not working in our first room and then ordering a movie was difficult in our second room; but i am sure these little kinks will be worked out soon.

The hotel itself was in decent shape. The room was in poor shape. The carpet was buckling from the floor and the wallpaper was not intact. The room was small with no extras. For the price there should have been a fridge or microwave. There was nothing. The breakfast buffet was average to say the least. The photos on the website are after renovations are finished, which has not happened yet. The hotel displays those same photos in their lobby as what's to come. My husband and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

It was okay. Room was clean but the room feels and looks warn, stained furniture, warn out furniture, etc. The area is a medical center area and not the most fun, but if you need to be there on business this is an okay place to stay. The bellman provide great service and will give you a lift to the train station so you can head into the city.

The hotel was very nice as I expected. But the bathroom had an old water smell, the air conditioning never really cooled the room down (despite being set on 65), the heavy drapes did not close past about 2-3 feet (so the morning sunlight was strong and annoying). The food we had for dinner and breakfast was very good, a bit overpriced, but good. The grounds were very pretty and the staff was very nice and helpful. Although my first attempt to call the service desk was never answered after about 3-4 minutes of ringing. The second call was answered after about 10-15 rings and when I asked for room service I was asked to hold, 2 minutes later I hung up and decided to go downstairs. I did call a third time later in the evening and that call was answered immediately and my questions were quickly and thoroughly answered.

Westin has a tradition of great service and first rate hotels. Our room was not ready despite us calling hours in advance and we were put in a conference room pullout couch. Our experience was less than satisfactory.

Staff was really helpful and accommodating. We had purchased the room with internet and breakfast included. The waitress in the restaurant was very rude when we stated that our breakfast was included. It seemed to be very confusing. The hotel needs a better system for verifying who has their breakfast included and who does not.

Room and public areas were overall very nice, but we had multiple annoyances at each step of the stay. There were three of us - my partner and I and her teenage daughter. We requested a two-double room. We checked in and our room was a hospitality suite - with a fold out couch king size bed, no space for our third! Front desk claimed reservation was for one person - really? Got us into a correct size room, but didn't provide the breakfast vouchers until we asked for them, and then had to convince them it was part of our reservation... had to ask three times for non-feather pillows, after an allergy filled night. no remote control. the safe jammed (technician was GREAT each time he came up). Furniture was really beat up, ok for one night business traveler, but we were there for a few days. Could have been a lot better. Not the usual Westin service I'm used to elsewhere.
