We had a wonderful time at the Inn at Key West. The staff was very courteous and friendly especially the staff at the front desk. On our next trip we will be stay at the Inn at Key West and recommending it to our friends.

Great hotel! doesnt look like much from the outside (its between a car dealership and an IHOP) but it is definitely a hidden gem. Great room. Top of the line accessories. Great hotel nice pool etc but it's on the far side of key west in the middle of nothing and nowhere. About a $15-20 cab ride each way to everything and I mean everything except an Ihop and a Sears......

Enjoyed room, wonderful bed and pillows. Great pool area with lots of mature landscaping, beautiful vegetation. Not sure why they started the pool music daily at about 8 am. There was a speaker right outside our door, so we were blasted. But we actually didn't care, as we were up & ready to hit the streets for touring.

The hotel was pretty much as advertised. The rooms were a little worn, but very clean. Plenty of pillows, the beds were a little firm for my taste, but over all very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The pool area was just as beautiful as the pictures. The location wasn't bad, the construction on north Roosevelt made it a little difficult […] coming back to the hotel. We ate at the stoned crab which was with in walking distance from the hotel. It was an excellent experience and the food was outstanding. We met the owner who was very nice and gave us some good tips on key west. In any case, there are many food choices with in walking distance from the hotel and even a Publix grocery and a movie theater. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again. The room was very spacious and clean, location is a little bit far from the main strip, and with the construction in the area it does not help, but we rented a scooter and got around fairly easy plus by renting a motorcycle parking in downtown is free a long a you park on a motorcycle designated area

Was a very comfortable relaxing visit to the city. The hotel was comfortable and restful enjoyed sitting out at the pool, the bar, the restaurant. Made my time in Key West all the better. Hotel services were accommodating and desired to make my visit good. The location of the hotel to other services and sites in the city was perfect, both Duval and […] Beaches were easily accessible from the Hotel. As well as other stores. The rates were competitive and I choose this hotel after looking at many others in the city. Room was on first floor overlooking a parking lot. Construction of the road in front of the hotel requires a nearly 10 mile trip around the island to get back to the hotel from the downtown. I have been a quest there several times but this time was not pleasant. I think I would stay somehwere else.

The lobby and grounds are beautiful but I expected a more updated room. The room was renovated but showed signs of wear and the old a/c made noise. The door didn't close well and didn't seal all around. The hotel was expensive so I expected a nice room!!!

The pool and gardens were truly large and lovely. There was a pleasant waterfall, beach sand surrounding the pool in places, and quiet places to sit. Also a large tiki bar. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The only discouraging sight was of left over cans and bottles from the night before still on the deck around 9am. No staff seemed to be picking […] up or cleaning out the numerous leaves from the pool. I also noticed some maintenance that was needed such as stair treads and rails. There did not seem to be an elevator that we could find to take us to the 2nd floor so we just had to schlep our bags up the stairs ourselves. Read more

I have stayed at the Inn a few times now, for the amenities and price point, it is the best value in Key West. The Pool area makes you feel you are on a tropical island. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Wait staff and bar service abrupt if you are unsatisfied with their first service provided. Rooms outwardly are appointed well however, under the beds had not been vacuumed in some time. Nice pool area, 10 minute drive to Duval Street.

Clean room, updated furniture, great bathroom, FANTASTIC pool area with waterfalls, lounge chairs and FULL poolside bar. The "Deluxe Double" room is relatively small, and the beds are double beds, which are somehow called Queen beds in the Keys apparently. Not located in the Bachanalian part of Key West, but that's not all bad. Good place if you have a car to get around. The pool was a wonderful place to hang out for hours. Breakfast was good and moderately priced. Clean, comfortable room. We were in the back, which was very quiet. Never heard a sound from the IHOP. Not sure what that reviewer's issue […] was. It would be nice if you could get dinner at the hotel, but maybe just as well to go to Blue Heaven, Hogfish, or any of many other spots. Best fish sandwich ever at Carolines in Old Town. Ok so we stayed 3 days and first of all this hotel price and room is soooo not worth it! Make sure to call and find out if your room is in the main building overlooking the parking lot and construction mine was! I was very disappointed regarding the location of the hotel...on a very busy highway under construction. The website misrepresented the location, making it appear on the bay. It was not! Room was much smaller than imagined with no view what-so-ever. On the positive side, there was a lovely cafe for breakfast. We were under the impression that the hotel is right on the water. Well there is a highway in between the water and the hotel. The road was under construction which didn't help, and we weren't thrilled with the surrounding hotels and restaurants. Upon our arrival we were disappointed, but we walked in and we were impressed with the lobby and the helpful staff... However, when we saw our room, we were very upset.. The ro itself was good enough, but the outside catwalk entrance was awful.. Facing the street and I hop next door... Noisy with motorcycles coming and going all night..much to our dismay,we […] were informed the next day, that we could have upgraded to a ro in the main hotel for just 20.00... The hotel was nice and the pool/landscaping was very nice. This was a girls get away vacation and when I booked the hotel I requested 2 queen beds. The beds were NOT queen but full sized beds. The hotel insisted they were queen size. I think they should go visit a furniture store and measure full size vs. queen size bed. Everything was truly great from the front desk to the pool to breakfast next to the pool. The room was great requested a king bed and got one. Hot tub didn't have any kids in it enough lounge chairs around the pool, ice machines worked no noise it was just perfect!!!!

We stayed at the Inn at Key West on a 2-day trip through the Keys. Everything about the hotel was great, except that the location was quite a ways from the downtown area. It is about a 10-minute drive, or $15-20 cab ride to Duval street/heart of downtown Key West. Parking downtown is very limited and expensive, so it would have been nice to stay somewhere […] within walking distance. But if you are looking to relax around a beautiful pool, this is the place to stay. The Inn is located in a quiet area across the street from the sea, and the staff is very accommodating to recommend various activities or day trips in the area. Hotel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Tiki bar needs to be refurbished (would not take much). Staff are nice and friendly. Very nicely kept property. Not close to attractions - requires cab, trolley or car. I recommend this property.

Very skimpy service with regard to towels, lotions, etc. TV in lobby has no sound (why have it?); TV in fitness center has no sound (told technician would look out-never happened). Far to expensive for the quality of service and condition of the hotel. Room was very small. Did not get room service at all on one day and poor service on others. This is suppose to be a resort hotel but it was in an industrial setting . Road construction didn't help. Tiki bar and pool area were good!

The room was wonderful. But just one flaw. One of the beds did not have comforter and we didn't realize it until morning. The person sleeping in the bed with out the comforter just thought that was what you get, a sheet. So she was cold. Strange detail to be missed by housekeeping, but everything else was very very nice!

the hotel was fine. for the most part the staff was nice and the pool was awesome. about 3 miles from downtown. The room we had was spacious. we had a car rental so it was no problem to go into downtown everyday.. 2 things - #1 - we stayed in the back area and it seems that the walls are paper thin. EVERy night - we can hear people coming and going […] at all hours of the night (including one screaming match between a drunk couple!). #2 - for 2 days the hotel "forgot" to clean our room - with 3 people in 1 room - it gor messy pretty quick. after the 2nd day of complaining VERY loudly to staff - it got cleaned and they gavve us a complimentary breakfast. (we pigged out and the bill came to $57....) that was fine and they apologized a lot about not cleaning the room in 2 days. I would stay there again but get a room upfront. Read more

We had read some good reviews and were not disappointed - the location was great, the property was nice and clean. Only two negatives: 1) the bed was not very comfortable- it was 'springy'; 2) there was construction along the street in front of the hotel, so the view, which would have been great otherwise, was blocked.
