Very clean, friendly staff and very close to many eateries. We chose to eat in the restaurant at the Ramada and found the food to be very good. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. This is probably our 6th visit and we highly recommend it.

Stay was fine, just another hotel. They have a nice little bar area and bar food was OK. By no means is it a full service kitchen with a chef. Plenty of places near to go out and eat. Breakfast was pretty sad. They would be more profitable in the kitchen if they just stayed with the fruit cups, yogurt, toast and coffee. My last stay was a Monday through Saturday. Unfortunately housekeeping is the worst I have seen in years. My typical day started with me leaving in the late morning. Arriving back at the hotel around 11:30 PM. During the week I was there, my room was cleaned twice by housekeeping. If I were still in my room when they wanted to clean it, it became my […] loss for the day. The log entry simply stated "Do Not Disturb" in place. There were no rechecks granted over the twelve hour day I would be gone. Furthermore the linens are faded and unclean looking. My wife and I stayed here two nights because it was close to my mother' retirement home. The price was good for the area and it is the closest hotel to where we wanted to be. This is a high quality establishment. We will definitely be back for future visits.

My mother lives at Harrogate about one mile from your hotel, it is very convenient, but since we were there for 5 nights we really missed a microwave and small refrigerator we had at the Best Western down the road on our last trip, they also have a complimentary breakfast which is very convenient for us since we were there on an extended stay.

As long as your not looking to be 5 mins from the beach this is a good....clean....nicely decorated Hotel! The staff were very friendly as well! Rooms were updated, bathroom was nice. Beds were hard, pillows soft. Area is a bit confusing as there are jughandles and roundabouts but it was literally 5 minutes from our destination. Rooms had an offensive odor. Overall, we got a great price so all was well.
