Boca Bridge Waterfront Hotel - Boca Raton

Stayed here to visit FAU. Very close to the university. We enjoyed the view of Boca Lake. The restaurant had very poor service though Friday night but they are going through renovations so I think it will be better when they reopen. the coffee machine did not work in the room and when I called they immediately brought a brand new one.

Room was extremely humid. No matter what room I've stayed in here, it's the same -- their HVAC system is compromised and they won't put any work into it. Every room has a dehumidifier in it, but even the humidifier can't take out the humidity and make it comfortable. To add insult to injury, they charged me a $50 fee on top of the hotel.com price, even […] though they have a sign by the front desk saying everyone is charged $12 for mandatory valet service plus a few more bucks for some other fee. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel for a wedding. There were several problems: 1. Room decor is outdated and mismatched 2. Air conditioner did not work- and there was a separate dehumidifier which rattled so loud I couldn't sleep 3. Tile grout in bathroom was dirty, as was balcony 4. I paid extra for an ocean view room and got intercoastal instead 5. Restaurant […] service is slow and terrible- was understaffed. Food was average 6. There is a $12 "resort fee". I would hardly call this a resort and I think $12 a day for internet, 2 bottled waters and towels is a rip-off 7. The hotel is in a great location in a convenient, yet tucked away area. The view from my balcony was lovely. Everything was very clean, but the hotel is old and could use a little updating. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to any requests. I did not dine at the hotel, but heard that their restaurants are delightful.

Wonderful location on the intracoastal with views of the waterway and ocean. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed a drink at the restaurant right on the intracoastal. Rooms were spacious and clean enough for my taste. Excellent value.

1.On arrival, only one parking attendant, who did not speaak English. 2. after a 3 hr drive from Naples to Boca raton, my wife and I were resting in Bed and in comes another couple, who were given a card key to our room. I was the one whose car they gave to the wrong person and that person had no idea. They took my car, used my gas, were gone for hours as I had to wait for them to come back from wherever they were. I missed my fllight and ended having to check into another hotel for the night in Ft. Lauderdale. I then got sick and had to stay longer. The whole incidence […] was a nightmare. The people at the Front Desk were not Customer Friendly. They were more concerned with answering the phone while you were waiting for them in the middle of a conversation. They don't look up. A hotel is successful IF you hire the right people. That's all it takes. The Engineer was working the Valet because the Valet employees all called in sick. That is a MAJOR SIGN right there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great happy hour at the main restaurant and bar! Enjoyed the convenient location close to nearby Deerfield Beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and nice views of the canal and ocean across the way. All in all, a nice comfotable place to stay! Great location, great bar / restaurant right on the waterfront and all at a great bargain compared to nearby hotels. Very comfortable bed, very functional and spacious lay out of the room including an ocean view balcony which was nice. Only complaint was that the room overall was pretty gross for now. Very dated interior, wall paper trim was not well […] in tact anymore, noticably very dusty / dirty corners between the carpet and floor board. In fact, along the carpet and floorboard corner I saw what I thought was a dead dusty beetle, and in fact it was a small marijuana nugget covered in dust. The photos were not at all like the actual hotel. The shower curtain was moldy and made a screeching noise. There were what looked like cigarette ash spots on the sheets. The Hotel is old and outdated. The rooms smell of must and dampness. This is why they have a dehumidifier running constantly in the room. The bathroom was tiny. They offered free coffee in the lobby but every time we went to get some they were all out. I would never stay here again !!!!!

…this is the place for you. The hotel is located so that all rooms have a great view of the ocean and/or Intracoastal and each one has a balcony to enjoy it. Beyond that however, there is much lacking. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and the rooms are sorely outdated. We had some repairs that needed fixing (front of vanity wood laminate […] was falling off and the handles to the TV cabinet were loose and swinging to prevent the doors from closing) and spoke to the desk twice, but no repairs were ever made and no one followed up with us regarding the request. The air conditioner was a small room unit that smelled like mildew so we slept with the patio door propped open. The night desk clerk told us the hotel was under new ownership and was about to undergo a huge overhaul and reconstruction, which has started with the installation of a new sea wall. I think when this remake is complete it will be a pretty special place. Until then we won’t be going back. Read more

Very nice hotel. Kind of old but well kept. They only thing was I paid for the beach side king so that I could see the metor shower but they put me in a queen on the intercoastal. Still not bad but I paid extra for that location & had to leave the hotel to see the metor shower. The elevator is noisey so do not stay close to it
