The beds were to soft for me. I like it to be a little firmer. The coffee shop next door is a 'Closed' restaurant that the hotel took over to solicit their 'Breakfast'. Too small in main dining room and crowded. We had to sit in an extended room which smelled very old and broken down. I was in a hurry to eat and get back on the road. The scrambled eggs […] were without any flavor even with salt and pepper. The hash browns were from a frozen batch that tasted like preservatives. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good spot for a visit to the National Parks"
Room was updated and clean but a bit tight on space. But for the price and location, it's a spot I would recommend to anyone planning on going to visit the national parks in the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location---Bad Internet"
The hotel itself was as expected and the location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only real problem was that the internet did not work in the evening. It worked okay in the morning but it must be overloaded in the evening. There is a nice pool which opens at 10am.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Amazed by how great the rooms were, brand new, tastefully decorated, amazing new mattresses. Reasonable size. Price value wise, this was a steal. Would/will come back again if I am in that neighborhood!Genuine Expedia guest review
"I found a Bedbug on bed."
It was fine with everything until I found a big bedbug on bed, it made me uncomfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice room Parking tight"
We stayed for 6 nights. Room was quiet and clean. Beds were very confortable. No continental breakfast. Parking was a little hard to find at night. Overall it was good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for a single night in Moab."
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, but were greeted by an attentive person at the front desk. The room was an over-sized two queen with a balcony. There was enough room for two adults and two children. All the features in the room were clean and operational. Fell asleep fast around midnight and woke up at 9 AM, so good that they have a checkout […] time of 12 PM. Received a breakfast coupon for five dollar discount for the Pancake Haus, as the hotel doesn't have onsite breakfast. The restaurant is in the same building complex, but detached. We went across the street to the Moab Diner, based on reviews and the line to the Pancake Haus. Overall a 4 score based on the location, standard and price. I would book this hotel again. Property is convenient, well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff needs some work on professionalism and customer service. Nice people but not effective.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"dark old nt kept up"
The rooms were dark even with all lights on. carpet dirty and old. Help not friendly. .Balconey dirty could not sit on it. Kerig nice to have but milder coffee would be nicer. real creamers not te stinky powdered stuff.over priced for location and condition.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Old and dark"
This was one of the worst hotels. It is old and the rooms are extremely dark. There is no breakfast and they push the restaurant next door that they own. The front desk staff was not very helpful upon check in. One of them could not speak a lot of English ant the other wasn't able to offer many dinner suggestions.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Flawless overnight stay"
I've thought for quite some time if there was anything negative to criticize that I could say about this stay, but I've come empty-handed. Therefore, all I can say is that my overnight stay at this hotel was flawless. My room was spacious, clean and in excellent condition (based on the in-room amenities, the 2.5 stars rating given to this hotel is an […] underrating in my opinion). The staff was polite and efficient in all my interactions. My rate did not include breakfast (which I was aware), but the staff member during my check-in provided me with a $5 off coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door, which was a nice unexpected treat. The hotel was very close to the entrance of Arches National Park. I'd say that I am a rather seasoned traveler and I have stayed in all types of hotels in more than 30 countries. I rarely write such a positive review because they may come off as not being genuine ... but for once I really don't have anything negative to write about a stay. I would certainly stay at this hotel again if I were to return to area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Not a bad motel given Moab is a tourist area. Location is downtown but for all of the restaurants we went to we needed the car. "Do not stay here!"
The comforters are old and had large coffee stains. Tne floor is old and dirty. There was a big dead fly in the bathroom for two days. This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. It is located on the main street in town and there are many fine restaurants that you can walk to . The only negative I have on the hotel is that they bought Keurig coffee makers and the only coffee cups available were French Roast and Tea. When we tried to get regular coffee at the office, tea and French […] Roast were the only things they had. I would recommend it for a stay, but don't get your hopes up on coffee. "you're in moab, what do you expect?"
it's a good sized room. upon entry, there was a faint musty smell, but either it went away or we got used to it after we had the AC going for a while. fairly new bathroom/sink/vanity area. nice to have a keurig coffee machine with nice selection of coffees and teas. unluckily for us, the low-battery chirp of the smoke detector started about 5am. it […] made our stay less satisfying, tho we understand that wasn't exactly the fault of the hotel. as soon as we told them, they sent maintenance up to fix it. "Old drive up hotel that has been remodeled."
This is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The price of the hotel was out of range with its quality particularly when they charged extra for the kids in the room. I realize that this is a resort town but that is no excuse, for the price they charged I can get an Embassy Suite in La Jolla that includes a free breakfast. The pool and hot tub have not […] been remodeled and are dingy. What ever you do DO NOT eat in the restaurant on the property (Pancake Haus). The food was beyond bland and poorly cooked. The Moab diner across the street is a much better choice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient for Arches National Park"
Check in staff a little preoccupied answering phone during my check in to answer my questions. Morning staff 'sorry' about sheets and helpful re info I asked for. "Great Ramada Inn"
Convenient to downtown and great value for the money. Quality all around.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was good. The initial desk clerk was helpful and apologetic that we'd have to wait two hours before check in (3:00) no problem but we needed a place for lunch and to hang out 'til then. When we asked about Woody's Tavern the desk supervisor brusquely said, "Its just a bar, no food," and went back to talking to the first clerk. No suggestions for […] lunch or anything else. No response when we asked about the Diner. . . Other than that it was a nice stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Just needed a place to sleep."
This hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, so if you are looking for a basic room this is fine. There is a hot tub and a pool, but we didn't try it out. It reminded me more of a motor lodge than a hotel - rooms are accessible from outside, no elevators, nothing fancy. The code they gave us for the WiFi didn't work, […] but we were too tired to call and report that problem. The room was clean and comfortable though, and they gave us a $5 coupon off a $10 purchase for breakfast from the restaurant next door. "RAMADA MOAB DOWNTOWN"
The young man that checked us in was very friendly, fast and efficient, The room was nice, clean, big. Had great parking. The hot tub was not hot.it was cold and full of leaves and flowers. Nice shops, and close […] to the National Arches Park, very beautiful site. You have to see Gods wonderful creation.. LOVED IT!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Had a mixed experience at the Ramada in Moab. Early desk staff was friendly and helpful. Evening staff, not so much. Motel is clean and served our purposes with one exception; failed to notify us that the hot tub was not in service and pool was not really "heated" or well maintained. Motels in Moab are expensive for what you get. Chose this Ramada over […] less expensive options expecting that it would be a bit better than an older, smaller, cheaper, "family owned" motel. That was probably not the case. No breakfast included. Four of us in two rooms were offered two vouchers for $5 off in the adjacent diner ($2.50 discount each. Diner did not open until 6:30 AM which didn't work for our early start. Air conditioning had trouble cooling the room overnight from 80 degree check in temperature. "Large, clean, comfy room"
Our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room service people were great. They cleaned the room around the toys and did a great job! We were in a 2 queen beds room and we had plenty of room to set up a pack and play for the baby and still have enough space for all our luggage and stuff. The room was very clean and the beds were actually […] comfortable. The boys loved the pool and they even have an open grassy area around back that the kids could run around in. "Good downtown location - walking distance to shops"
Good for what we needed. Just an overnight stay in between playing on the slick rock. The room was cool and has been remodeled and nice. We had an end room and it was quiet. A little out dated, but was clean and had all the essentials. Could walk to shops and restaurants. "Close to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP"
The hotel was as described on Trip Advisor. It was clean and quiet and the room was quite spacious. "Don't count on the Pancakes!"
Hotel was fine. Nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Restaurant voucher for breakfast was a joke. Restaurant had about 12 tables for this whole hotel. "Comfortable and Convenient"
This hotel is large, with several buildings. We were offered a room in the "quiet" section on the back side of the property, and we're glad we took it. The room had two doors - front and back - and this made it convenient to exit to our car (in front) and out toward the restaurant (in back). The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and we were within […] walking distance of many restaurants in downtown. The hotel provides a $5 voucher each day (except Sunday) for breakfast at the associated "Pancake Haus" restaurant, which was OK. No problems or annoyances during our 4 night stay. "Cockroaches, gnats and no gym"
The location is great and some of the rooms, including ours, had been renovated. However, we came back to the room to find dead bugs in the glasses we used for drinking and a dead cockroach on the floor. Only negative was that breakfast was not provided in the hotel. A $5 voucher was given to us to use in a restaurant next door (where a $10 purchase was required).
