Stayed in a 1 BR suite. Very spacious. Wonderful whirlpool bathroom. Front desk was not designed for the high volume of this relatively large hotel, so check in and out a little slow. Very nice property.

We stayed in a room that faces Two Notch Road and the sound from the traffic was horrible. There were constant noises from motorcycles racing at the red light, fire trucks, and ambulances. The staff was not willing to let us switch rooms and they were not pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, but I would not stay here again.

I normally stay in Holiday Inn's and with the new renovations, this is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. I was extremely impressed with the electronic key cards you only had to swipe in front of the door. Plus as a Gold member, I was able to receive a free drink at the bar; again one of the best perks I have received.

A very fine hotel in a great location. Breakfast was not provided, as was stated in some advertising, so this should be clarified. Otherwise a great deal. Everything was very nice, modern and clean. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with modern details and I received a good nights sleep. If you're ever in Columbia, SC I would recommend staying here. :-)

Very nice, clean hotel. Hotels.com said it included a hot breakfast, it did not. I asked the front desk, they honored it! 20 mins from game. Workout room was only a could machines but was ok. Would stay again for sure!

My family stayed at this hotel one night to attend graduation at Ft. Jackson. When I booked the room, the rate included breakfast. However, the receipt did not show breakfast included and the front desk did not want to honor it. After speaking with management and showing him how the rate appears on hotels.com, he gave us a $20 voucher which covered […] breakfast. The breakfast buffet was not very good. Our stay was very comfortable. Our only wish was that you would have had a jacuzzi. I would recommend it. I personally am not much on staying in hotels, however this one felt very clean, I didn't feel like I need to sterilize it before I showered or slept in the bedding.

Very convenient to Ft. Jackson and close enough wtihout being too close to the "hustle and bustle" of downtown. Elevators seemed to be very far away from the front entrance, however.

The room was very nice. The bed was as comfortable my own. The only complaint I have is the drain in the tub needed to be cleaned. The water drained much too slowly. The only real improvement I could suggest would be a complimentary breakfast bar.

Hotel and room were good for a short stay. Buffet breakfast sucked big time. I drove 12 hrs and arrived around 1230pm The receptionist would not accommodate me and my two kids and had me sitting around for three and a half hours until the regular check in time.
