Love the look of the hotel and rooms. Cable was having issues, but front staff called company, wide spread issue for the area. They were very attentive to your needs.

I've stayed in most of the Saratoga hotels/motels and this is the one of the best, especially if you can get it for a good price. Maybe a bit noisy for a hotel of its caliber -- and it could really use an in-room refrigerator -- but the room was modern, clean and all of the staff was first-class. A very nice experience.

Very happy with our stay and the restaurant for breakfast. Only trouble was that we were on the 2nd floor on the street side and it was noisy. being a college town there were kids on the street at 3am, laughing and making noise. Other than that the room was very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located -- close to good shops and Skidmore College. Our toilet clogged the first night, the blinds were broken, and the kids' menu was limited -- The restaurant tried to charge us adult prices for kids' orders because they'd made a mistake. My room was located on the first floor behind the service area. No clock in the room which was odd. Service was okay but not to the quality of Hilton hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel was nice. The staff was fantastic. The only problems I noticed were 1, The bathtub drain was very slow, and 2, The blinds did not block out the light very well at all.

Perfect location for Saratoga Springs, Broadway and Skidmore College. Convenient parking. The hotel is a bit weathered, but well-run and holding together nicely. Visibly preferable to the many "motels" and "inns" in the vicinity. One-night stay, post-racing season...Zero complaints.

Loved our brief stay here...easily walked to the main street in town. Close to restaurants, shops. Parking in the rear of the hotel was not free, but able to come and go during the day. We didn't swim but the pool looked huge. Nice bar with very good service...we recommend their duck- wings.

My room had a closet door missing. When I called the fron desk to tell them they said they'd have engineering check it out. I was out for several hours and when I returned the door was still missing. I went to the front desk and they were not aware of what was happenijng so I asked for a room change. The new room was overlooking a roof full of A/C and […] ventilation equipment. In the morning workman on the roof woke me up very early. The furniture had several chips in it. The anchor for the pull chord for the curtains was ripped out of the wall. The A/C was very dusty. We got a crappy room location, at the end of a hall next to an ice machine on a really busy weekend. It was load until well after 2 AM and then again at around 6AM. The bathroom was tiny but the room was huge. It was clean and overall a great place to stay but I wouldn't say that it was worth the price of the room. The location is great though.
