I know I sound like a shill, but for the price. This is a great hotel. 15 minutes from anything you want to do in the area. Great breakfast. Staff is great. This was our first vacation in the area and we will be using this hotel when we come back

We just wanted a simple overnight stay on our road trip, and for that purpose it was ok, but there are no elevators, and the property is a bit run-down. I booked two rooms, and my children did not feel comfortable staying in their room.

I liked staying here, food was only a few minutes away and easy to get to. There is a bunch of traffic that uses the two lane road in front of the hotel so that can be a problem when trying to get to the gas station across the road. Stayed for business. Rates were ok and although an older hotel it was well taken care of. My only negative was breakfast not starting til 6. I have to be at work by then and couldn't even get a cup of coffee.

The hotel was right off the Interstate and close to great restuarants and shopping. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. They also have a bar inside the hotel and a game room with pool and table soccer. The fitness room was well equiped.

Easy to find, just off I10. For food, you have to travel a bit. There's just a DQ across the street. However, if you travel a few miles to 9th Street, there are lots of restaurants. Directions are simple--ask at the desk. The room itself was larger than expected. Comfortable.

Even though this is an older hotel, our room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased. I wish we could have stayed more than one night but we were on the road and needed to get home the next day. If I'm ever in Pensacola again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

This was a nice hotel for the money. It had an average breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage or bacon every day. It's not the Ritz, but for a home base for a simple getaway it was just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. And, the fridge and microwave came in handy. Former Ramada turned Quality Inn. Right off I-10 at the eastern-most Pensacola exit. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel itself looked okay. Free breakfast was decent - I've had better and worse hotel breakfasts. Upon arrival to room we found stains on comforter. The staff immediately corrected problem. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was not very crowded as it was a weekday night. I was very pleased at the ease and convenience I experienced with comfort inn. The room was comfortable and the price was reasonable. I would absolutely come back if business needs ever brought me back in this direction. Also the room keys were much more accessible than traditional keys.

Would not recommend. The room had a vomiting smell. The dining chairs were thread bare. The painting that had been done was sloppy and surrounding things were not masked. The lobby was the cleanest part. Basically,a dump.

Walked in to hair on the bathroom floor, old coffee in the coffee pot. The hallways were dark and dirty. The breakfast didn't taste good. Plus, there were lots of week tlong workers staying when we were there with trucks/equipment backed up to the first floor patios. My wife and daughter were scared. It was more than a sub-budget hotel should cosr.
