WE HAD TO GO DOWN AND GET OUR OWN TOWELS, THERE WAS A DIRTY TOWEL IN OUR ROOM WHEN WE CHECKED IN. WE HAD NO TRASH BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

This motel needs a face lift cause it brings down what you expect when you book at Days Inn. Our sheets had stains on them and the a/c took about 12 hours to get to true temp according to temp control.

The blow dryer and alarm clock didn't work. It looked like sparkles on the bed. I tried to call the front desk and they didn't answer.

The location was decent but the room is in DESPERATE need of a remodel. For the price it's about what could be expected, but in the lower end of expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will spend the extra money and stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was run down. Little things could be done to improve the appearance pretty inexpensively, such as... the curtain in the widow had came down on one side; the wallpaper in the bedroom needed to be glued back down; the wall paper in the bathroom needed repair; not as clean as it could have been; the bedding was dingy; […] the remote control was missing; vending machine broken... On the other hand the bed was comfortable and the AC worked good. For the money, it was ok, but a few very inexpensive repairs and a better cleaning job, would greatly improve the perception of this hotel. Read more

Very friendly and helpful reservation and customer service staff. One staff member checked our room after we checked out and she found a small bag with items we forgot. She immediately caught us before we left to ensure we got it. Continental breakfast took care of breakfast with waffles, cereals, pastries, coffee, juices, etc. and staff helped with […] directions and recommendations. We had a minor problem when we registered. We requested a non-smoking room and when we got to the room it was a non-smoking room, but we could smell the smoke odor in room. Went to register and brought this to there attention and they moved us to another room which we were very satisfield with.

The room was okay. The pool was an abomination of algae and water bugs. Total fiasco of trying to check out someone screwed up my card number and it kept saying declined. Totally disappointed, stayed at a DaysInn in Memphis across from Graceland it was great.

I rented two rooms for 7 people, in which 6 of those 7 people were females. We had no problems until we decided to take a shower. There were no towels nor could the office provide us with any towels. Judging by our local Days Inn, I went to their website to see what The Jonesboro AR Days Inn had to offer. Wow, the pictures were impressive. We wanted an outdoor pool for the grandkids to enjoy, on-site breakfast, and MW/FRIG/CP in our rooms. I booked a total of 14 nights. My son got to the Inn first and called me to forewarn me that I might be in […] for a surprise and disappointment. He was 100 % correct. The lobby stopped me dead still and I knew this was not going to work. We were in for 6 rooms, 2 to 3 nights, each. The booking site said NO Cancellations. All I knew to do was to check in and start trying to contact Days Inn. This nightmare was short lived, I am happy to say. My son's room had the smoke detector handing from the wall and a broken tub unit, a dirty coffee pot, complete with used filter pak still in place. Mine and my husband's (thank God he wasn't there yet) room was even worse with dirty floor, one working lamp and no MW/FRIG/CP. When the desk clerk got to the room and saw it, she gasped. Then I took her to my son and his wife's room. She just shook her head and said she would report it and ask me to come to the desk to see if she had other rooms she could put us in. The maintaintence man was working on one and the other was too far for my husband to walk. She did cancel ALL reservations and as we were leaving, she told us the pool area had been closed since last year. She suggested their other properties and called to see if they had rooms. I booked my room through Expedia.Com, and they promptly debited my checking account for the reservation. Upon arrival, the desk clerk swiped my card, for what I thought was incidentals, and I was charged AGAIN for my room. According to the hotel, I would get a credit in 7-10 days, 9 days later, no credit!! The hotel was old, my child's feet were solid […] BLACK, and I do mean SOLID BLACK from walking barefoot in the room, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets would not even stay on the mattress. I would not recommend this location for anyone, spend a few more dollars and get a clean, newer, nicer room. Read more

I will not ever stay here again. Room was dirty, shower was very dirty. Shower curtain had mold & soap scum on it. Curtains in room had holes in them and was suppose to be in non smoking room however it smelled so bad we had to go buy febreeze before we could stay in the room. Would have not stayed even one night there if it had not been that it was […] non-refundable room rate. Also found hotels with much better advertised rate when we got to Jonesboro. I was embarrassed that I had booked that room for 2 nights. It won't happen again !! The rooms at Days Inn in Jonesboro make me wonder if all rooms at Days Inn are the same as that hotel. I will probably try to steer clear of all Days Inn Hotels in the future unless I can see the actual room before I pay for it.
